★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a bluetooth and I asked them for the web price while at the shop and they insisted that I should have ordered it online, eventhough they had a couple sitting, nor did they give me the chance to do it at the shop. They were fixing a few things in the shop and I was left unattended for about 10 min at least and then another person from the shop saw me and asked me if I was been handled and once I told him that supposedly I was but I don't understand how hard it is to cut and invoice, he answered to me abruptly and said that his colleague is probably caught up with something and he is not chilling drinking coffee...I don't like this kind of consumer relationship! I would rather give more money than visit the shop again!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't appreciate purchasing a product worth €169 and then given two receipts. One €18 @5pm and the other €151 @7:55pm. Also, the receipt doesn't even mention what was purchased! Time to update your consumer receipts to a professional standard and not amateurs!

The only cons is that they import electronics that are from parallel & grey market imports thus not accepted by official repair service warranty centers like for example xiaomi repair center is infoquest Greece and doesn't accept repairing these imports.
