★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Franchise strategy really needs to change drastically, employees are forced to promote relentlessly the store's brand, and force a purchace. Really outdated customer care, awful repair department (from personal experience). Bought a laptop there 8 years ago, going through hell until this day. You'll have a better chance looking at local e-shops or businesses. (that being price - experience - service). Nothing against the employees, just management and policy. True shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your casual plaisio shop, you can find most of their products here. It has repair services, customer support, and a flowless shopping experience. Having to go up and down the floors is a bit irritating but can you really blame the place? In a first glance I did not find direction to what is where, however the staff has a strong presence and they will help you.
