ΝΤΡΟΠΗ ΣΑΣΣΣΣΣΣ!!!!!!! ΘΕΛΕΤΕ ΝΑ ΛΕΓΕΣΤΕ ΚΑΙ ΑΝΤΙΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΑ ΤΗΣ SAMSUNG ΓΙΑ ΕΠΙΣΚΕΥΕΣ ΜΗΝ ΤΟ ΠΡΟΤΗΜΑΤΕ ΚΑΘΟΛΟΥ!!! ΝΑ ΠΡΟΤΕΙΜΑΤΕ ΠΙΟ ΕΞΙΔΙΚΕΥΜΕΝΑ ΚΑΤΑΣΤΗΜΑΤΑ! The lady at the reception was quite polite, but the gentleman in a hurry back ... (and that's why he made a mistake) ON THE THIRD THAT COMES I LEAVE FOR LONDON AND I REQUESTED MY MOBILE PHONE REPAIR. I GAVE A CONTACT NUMBER, I GAVE A CODE AND IT TELLS ME IN TWO OR THREE DAYS IT WILL BE READY. I LEFT IT ON MONDAY AND WAITED ...... WEDNESDAY OR THURSDAY. WAITING FOR PHONE ..... WHICH I NEVER ACCEPTED. STILL, I WENT FROM THERE ON FRIDAY (TODAY, THAT IS) THEY went crazy ...... THEY DIDN'T TOUCH IT ANYMORE ........ THEY SAID AND WAITED FOR THE APPROVAL. I KNOW VERY WELL THAT THE RIGHT COMPANIES WORK AND BECAUSE IT SEEMS IT IS NOT RIGHT !!! I NORMALLY VOTED FOR THEM! I AM NOW WITH A MOBILE PHONE DAMAGED TO ITS LARGEST PART AND I WILL BE IN LONDON WITH CARPET CARPETS ...... WHILE I WOULD HAVE SHOCKED THEM THAT IT'S HERE URGENT! AND WHEN I ASKED FOR TEMPORARY RESTORATION OF A DEVICE, THEY GAVE ME A 1990 BACKETLE ....... WHICH RESTORATION I ASKED FOR INSTEAD OF PROPOSING IT. AND I CAME HERE TO DEFAME !!!!! SHAME SASSSSSSS !!!!!!! YOU ALSO WANT TO SAY SAMSUNG REPRESENTATIVE FOR REPAIRS DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL !!! TO PROPOSE MORE SPECIALIZED STORES!
A	Aotox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πηγα το κινητο 9:20 το ειχε ετοιμο 12:30 της ιδιας μερας.Φουλ ευχαριστημενος με την εξυπηρετηση και την δουλεια. I went to the mobile at 9:20, it was ready at 12:30 of the same day. Fully happy with the service and the work.
T	Tiko Stergiopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όλα καλά για καιρό....όποτε χρειάστηκα κάτι,με το ανάλογο κόστος,το διόρθωναν σύντομα!Όμως μία μέρα είχα πρόβλημα με τα hands free γιατί μου απενεργοποιούσε τον ήχο από το ηχείο του κινητού-το πήγα και μου το έφτιαξαν-μου εκαψαν όμως το μικρόφωνο και μου το έδωσαν στο χέρι (Χωρίς χρέωση)λέγοντας ότι δεν γίνεται τίποτα το κινητό δεν φτιάχνεται....????για άλλο πήγα και το κινητό αχρηστευθηκε....εξηγηση καμία δεν μου έδωσαν χωρίς να είχε πρόβλημα το μικρόφωνο κανένα!Πώς να τους ξαναεμπιστευτω; All good for a long time .... whenever I needed something, with the corresponding cost, they fixed it soon! but the microphone and they gave it to me (Free of charge) saying that nothing is done the mobile is not repaired .... ???? for another I went and the mobile was useless .... they did not give me any explanation without any problem the microphone none! How do I trust them again?
D	Dimitris Zisopoulos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Υπερκοστολογιμενες τιμές και ανεπαρκής αιτιολόγησης. Ζήτησα εκτίμηση κόστους της επισκευης του κινητού μου. Το συνολικό κόστος ήταν 80 ευρώ (60 για την αντικατάσταση οθόνης και 20 για την επισκευή της υποδοχής την ακουστικών που όμως όπως λέγανε λειτουργούσε καλά (?)). Και ενώ είχα ζητήσει κοστολόγηση των υπηρεσιών , προέβησαν σε επισκευή της υποδοχής των ακουστικών. Μου ζητήθηκε δηλαδή να πληρώσω 20 ευρώ (αν και μου ανέφεραν ξανά οτι δεν είχε κάτι) για ένα κινητό που η επισκευή του κόστιζε 80 ευρώ ενώ το ίδιο το κινητό είναι αξίας 120 ευρώ. Ευτυχώς η κυρία στην εξυπηρέτηση δεν μου ζήτησε να πληρώσω το ποσό αυτό. Over-estimated prices and insufficient justification. I requested a cost estimate for my cellphone repair. The total cost was 80 euros (60 to replace the screen and 20 to repair the headphone jack, but they said it worked fine (?)). And while I had requested the costing of the services, they repaired the headphone jack. That is, I was asked to pay 20 euros (though I was told again that he had nothing) for a cellphone that cost 80 euros while the cellphone itself is worth 120 euros. Fortunately the lady in the service did not ask me to pay this amount.
G	George Doctorakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαραδεκτο service. Ουτε οθονη δεν ξερουν να αλλαζουν. Πριν ενα μηνα τους πηγα το samsung A7 για αλλαγη οθονης. Οταν το πηρα ειδα οτι ειχαν ξεχασει να βγαλουν πισω απο το τζαμι κατι σαν ταινια. Το πηγα πισω και μου ειπαν στην αρχη οτι πρεπει να ανοιχτει ξανα. Τελικα το τραβηξαν και το εβγαλαν. Μετα απο ενα μηνα μαυρισε ξαφνικα η οθονη. Το πηγα ξανα πισω και μου ειπαν οτι το κινητο επεσε κατω και δεν μπορουν να κανουν κατι. Το κινητο δεν μου εχει πεσει ξανα ποτε κατω. Πηγα και σε αλλο μαγαζι με service και μου ειπαν οτι η οθονη δεν εχει μπει σωστα. Η καινουργια οθονη εχει 6 μηνες εγγυηση. Ειναι αντιεπαγγελματιες δεν ειχαν καν το φιλοτιμο να την αλλαξουν μεσω εγγυησης. Ουτε τζαμακι δεν ξερουν να περνουν σε αλλο κινητο που μου περασαν screen protector ηταν γεματο σκουπιδακια. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ !!! Unacceptable service. They do not even know how to change the screen. A month ago I bought them the samsung A7 for a screen change. When I got it I saw that they had forgotten to make something like a movie behind the window. I went back and was told at the beginning that it had to be reopened. Eventually they pulled it out. After a month, the screen suddenly turned black. I went back again and they told me that the cell phone fell down and they can not do anything. My cell phone has never fallen down again. I went to another store with service and they told me that the screen has not been inserted properly. The new screen has a 6-month warranty. They are unprofessional and did not even have the right to change it through a guarantee. They do not even know how to pass glass to another mobile phone that was passed to my screen protector, it was full of garbage. AWAY !!!
k	kostas charitoudis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω απευθυνθεί στο κατάστημα αρκετές φορές με σοβαρά προβλήματα στα κινητά τηλέφωνα μου Galaxy s6 και galaxy s10+ , οι άνθρωποι εκεί και ιδιαίτερα η Κυρία μπροστά είναι σοβαροί επαγγελματίες , ξέρουν να ακούν, σέβονται τους πελάτες τους και προσπαθούν για το καλύτερο πάντα αποτέλεσμα! Σε όλες μου τις επισκέψεις με κάλυψαν στο 100% τεχνικά και σε χρόνο ρεκόρ και ειλικρινά ευχαριστώ πάρα πολυ! I have approached the store several times with serious problems on my Galaxy s6 and galaxy s10 + mobile phones, the people there and especially the Lady in front are serious professionals, they know how to listen, respect their customers and strive for the best result ever! In all my visits they covered me 100% technically and in record time and I sincerely thank you very much!
K	Kotronis George on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ...παρότι η καθυστέρηση της επισκευής του κινητού μου Note 20 ULTRA ξεπέρασε τον προβλεπόμενο χρόνο, κάτι που δεν οφειλόταν στο κατάστημα αλλά στην αποθήκη της Samsung, τα παιδιά με το που παρέλαβαν το ανταλλακτικό κιτ ολοκλήρωσαν την επισκευή σε χρόνο d t και μου παρέδωσαν το κινητό σε άριστη λειτουργική κατάσταση...μπράβο στην ομάδα.... ... although the delay in repairing my Note 20 ULTRA mobile phone exceeded the scheduled time, something that was not due to the store but to the Samsung warehouse, the children who received the spare kit completed the repair in d t time and handed it to me mobile in excellent working condition ... well done to the team ....
