If you have small children, please note that one of the bedrooms is in the basement (it had a window) and it smelled on humidity/moisture.

What is not specified as one of the two bedrooms is located in the basement, but it is airy enough and bright, plus it is the cooler room. A very spacious garden where children can play, grill and turret to relax.
