★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Εγκαταλελειμένη από τους ανθρώπους και ρημαγμένη απ τους καιρούς,στη θέση Μετόχι βρήσκεται η εκκλησία της Κοίνησης της Θεοτόκου η οποία στο πλάι της εχει κολλημενο ενα μικρό παρεκκλήσι.Ο δίδυμος αυτός ναός υπήρρξε το πρώτο καθολικό της μονής Ταλαντιου.
Το 1761 οι μοναχοί μετοίκησαν στη νέα μονή Ταλαντίου.Στο εσωτερικό της εχουν διασωθεί κάποιες αγιογραφίες οι οποίες μάλλον υποδεικνύουν την εργασία τεχνίτη της Κρητικής Σχολής του 16ου αιώνα.
Abandoned by humans and shattered from time to time, Metochi is home to the Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary, which has a small chapel on its side.
In 1761 the monks moved to the new Talanti Monastery. Inside there are some hagiographies that probably indicate the work of a 16th-century Cretan artisan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Παλαιά Μονή Ταλαντίου Αραχναίο Αργολίδα.
Η Παλαιά Μονή Ταλαντίου (σήμερα βλέπουμε δυο μικρούς ενωμένους και εγκαταλειμμένους ναούς), βρίσκεται στα νοτιοανατολικά του Αραχναίου. Οι ναοί αυτοί πρέπει να χρονολογούνται από τον 14-15ο αιώνα.
Η Μονή εγκαταλείφθηκε το 1761 και οι μοναχοί του εγκαταστάθηκαν στη Νέα Μονή Ταλαντίου.
Οι Χελιώτες(οι κάτοικοι του Αραχναίου), αποκαλούν τους παλαιούς αυτούς ναούς {η εκκλησία του Αγ. Βλασίου και Αγ. Μαρίνας). Πρόκειται πραγματικά για δυο μικρούς ναούς ενωμένους. Ο ναός ήταν αφιερωμένος στην κοίμηση της Θεοτόκου. Στο μικρότερο εκκλησάκι υπάρχει και τοιχογραφία πιθανώς αφιερωμένη στην Αγ, Κυριακή.
Δυστυχώς η εγκατάλειψη επικρατεί και τα δυο αυτά ενωμένα εκκλησάκια κινδυνεύουν να καταρρεύσουν.
Old Monastery of Talanti Arachneo Argolida.
The Old Monastery of Talanti (today we see two small united and abandoned temples), is located southeast of Arachne. These temples must date from the 14th-15th century.
The monastery was abandoned in 1761 and its monks settled in the New Monastery of Talanti.
The Heliotes (the inhabitants of Arachnaeus), call these old temples; the church of Ag. Vlasiou and Ag. Marina). These are really two small temples united. The church was dedicated to the Assumption of the Virgin Mary. In the smaller church there is a mural probably dedicated to St. Sunday.
Unfortunately, abandonment prevails and these two united churches are in danger of collapsing.

Easy to find. Standing in the middle of nowhere. Unfortunately, some of the paintings in the interior were destroyed very precisely.
