Πέραν του ότι τα πράγματα έκαναν να έρθουν από Λονδίνο στην Αθήνα 15 μέρες - με αρχική ενημέρωση ότι η παράδοση θα γινόταν σε 4-5 εργάσιμες- οι εκπρόσωποι έκαναν πολύ δύσκολη την επικοινωνία μην απαντώντας έγκαιρα και με ακρίβεια στα email και πολλές φορές όχι με την αναμενόμενη ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό. Δε γνωρίζω αν συγκριτικά με άλλες εταιρίες θεωρείται πιο οικονομική, αλλά παράδοση φορτίων σε δυο εβδομάδες με την τελική τιμή που δόθηκε δε συμβαδίζουν. Πιστεύω ότι αν υπάρχει πολυτέλεια χρόνου, καλό θα ήταν να αναζητήσετε άλλες εναλλακτικές και να συγκρίνετε τιμές και κριτικές επιλέγοντας κάποια άλλη μεταφορική. Very poor service. Apart from the fact that things took them from London to Athens for 15 days - with initial information that the delivery would take place in 4-5 working days - the representatives made it very difficult to communicate by not responding promptly and accurately to emails and often not by expected courtesy and professionalism. I do not know if compared to other companies it is considered more economical, but delivery of goods in two weeks with the final price given does not go together. I believe that if there is a luxury of time, it would be good to look for other alternatives and compare prices and reviews by choosing another metaphor.

Moved items from UK to Greece and after a huge DELAY on promised delivery (10 extra days) I got delivered broken items very nicely packed but broken. £1000 DAMAGE... Last couple days tried calling them to ask for refund and they said "we will call you back in 5 minuteS", noone called back and they re even AVOIDING MY CALLS ...no answer...Will update review if I hear from them but they re already UNPROFESSIONAL...
T	Thanos Polychronakis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arranged for a door to door transfer from London to Thessaloniki, Greece for my belongings. I shipped 34 boxes and after a week I received a phone call to go “pick-up” my staff from Mondial’s facilities where they arrived. I had to pay an extra 50€ for my belongings to arrive to my door despite the original agreement. When my belongings arrived at my house in Thessaloniki, I received 33 boxes, one was missing. Mondial needed a whole week to find my lost box in London. The driver claimed I had instructed them to hold the box. There was no such instruction, neither had I ever talked with the driver. All the boxes had clear labels printer printed on them with their destination. After they found the lost box, Mondial held it for another two weeks despite my continuous emails and protests. Finally, I had to call the London facilities to force them to put the lost box on the next transit. I finally received the lost box after 4 weeks and of-course I had to go to their facilities in Kalochori, a 30minute drive to pick it up. The belongings were very badly banged up, dirty and a lot of the boxes where broken open. Thankfully, I had wrapped all my boxes with plastic, otherwise most of my belongings would be ruined by now. In general all communications from Mondial’s part were poor, delayed and disrespectful. No courtesy to their customers whatsoever. Mondial gave the most cheap offer out of the 4 moving companies I asked a quote from, I guess you get what you pay for.
T	Tryfon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNPROFESSIONAL, UNRELIABLE, BROKEN ITEMS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS ''Company''!!!! I hired Mondial to move all my household stuff from Southampton UK to Thessaloniki Greece, and I wish I had picked someone more expensive who would at least be more professional. -They told me my stuff would be in Thessaloniki in 4 days (there is email evidence about everything) while I received my items after 15 days and had to chase them for DAYS!! -They OVERCHARGED me! I measured my stuff myself (around 1.7 cubic meters, with photo evidence etc) and they charged me for 2 cubic meters with the excuse that they round them up when they're over 1.65cm... -They lie about measuring items when they pick them up (they just sent me an invoice the day before my things arrive at mine), I wouldn't be able to get my things without paying what they decided was right.. -BROKEN TV even though it was packed professionally in it's box with EXTRA bubble wrap over!! They must be throwing your things as if they want to break them! I wouldn't be able to smash the TV even if I tried! -When I called to complain they asked me to contact their office in Thessaloniki as it wasn't their responsibility... I COULD NOT BE ANY MORE DISAPPOINTED WITH A MOVING COMPANY!!! I REALLY WISH I HAD USED SOMEONE ELSE
