★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα υπέροχο μονοπάτι που οδηγεί στο εγκαταλελειμμένο μοναστήρι της Αγίας Ειρήνης και στο Ναό του Αγίου Γεωργίου.
Για να φτάσει κανείς στην αρχή του μονοπατιού ακολουθεί τον βατό χωματόδρομο που οδηγεί στο Απολιθωμένο Δάσος (4χλμ. από την άσφαλτο - υπάρχουν πινακίδες) και από εκεί συνεχίζει σε αρκετά χειρότερο χωματόδρομο για άλλα 3χλμ. περίπου (πρακτικά ως το τέλος του δρόμου)
Το μονοπάτι έχει μήκος γύρω στα 2.5 χιλιόμετρα, και ο χρόνος που απαιτείται είναι περίπου 1 ώρα. Η διαδρομή έχει σημεία με ανηφόρες και πρέπει να έχει νερό κανείς μαζί του διότι το μονοπάτι είναι εκτεθειμένο στον ήλιο.
Η διαδρομή είναι πανέμορφη και τελικά ο προορισμός αξίζει με το παραπάνω την κούραση.
 A wonderful path that leads to the abandoned monastery of Agia Irini and the Church of Agios Georgios.
To reach the beginning of the path one follows the passable dirt road that leads to the Petrified Forest (4km from the asphalt - there are signs) and from there continues on a much worse dirt road for another 3km. about (practically to the end of the road)
The trail is about 2.5 km long, and the time required is about 1 hour. The route has uphill points and one must have water with him because the path is exposed to the sun.
The route is beautiful and in the end the destination is worth the effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passeggiata un po' impegnativa e un po' lunga se non si è allenati portarsi acqua e un bastone per togliere le ragnatele lungo il percorso,consiglio inoltre di passeggiare facendo rumore per fare allontanare i serpenti (in un ora visti 3) calzature e pantaloni da trekking non guastano tratti un po' esposti quindi se soffrite di vertigine evitate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We started unprepared without water and without good shoes...it was hard but I m so happy we did it...great path,lovely walk... better to go prepared take water and good shoes are no luxury!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need to be healthy and not have a fear of heights. It is literally a goat track and can be dangerous getting there. Not for the faint hearted. It's an hour of walking up and around a mountain with sheer drops to the sea. Definitely worth going though.
