G	Gianmaria Leo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It deserves a visit... there are also simple walking/hiking paths all around the area, across paths, slopes and olive trees in one of the most typical and common Cretan landscapes. Lovely place to discover and enjoy.

We were worried about the road from some other reviews saying you need a 4 wheel drive but it was totally doable even in a small city car! Just drive slow and be careful :)

K	Kinga H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a wonderful thing to encounter. The tree is beautiful and it is crazy to think what went down in the past 2500-3000 years yet this tree still stands. The view is stunning too. Road: I drove the smallest city car and it was a very easy drive actually, just be careful and drive slow of course, but totally doable. Whoever rates it low in reviews… I truly don’t understand them.
T	TravisGlenn X on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like old olive trees. This one's base is massive! Thousands of years old?...only time knows the truth. PS: beware an open well a bit beyond the tree, it has a decrepit wooden cover that could be easily fallen through.
