★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αγόρασα έναν καναπέ αξίας €2.570 με επιλογή καλής κατηγορίας υφάσματος. Προς έκπληξη μου και με ελάχιστη χρήση ο καναπές έκατσε, έβγαιναν από το εσωτερικό των μαξιλαριών πούπουλα και το ύφασμα έκανε κόμπους σαν γαριασμένο. Ζήτησα αντικατάσταση γιατί δεν μπορούσε αυτή η φθορά να αιτιολογηθεί με την ελάχιστη χρήση που είχε το προϊόν από ένα και μόνο άτομο σε 12 μήνες. Τελικά αφού αρνήθηκαν να γίνει αντικατάσταση, πήραν τα καθίσματα και τα γέμισαν με υλικό εκ νέου, ενημερώνοντας με πως δε θα έχω κανένα πρόβλημα. Μετά από λίγο καιρό εμφανίστηκε πάλι το ίδιο πρόβλημα. Λυπάμαι πολύ για την επιλογή μου αυτή και για τα λεφτά που έδωσα στην εν λόγω εταιρία περιμένοντας ότι θα παραλάμβανα ένα τουλάχιστον αξιοπρεπές προϊόν. Θα έπρεπε ο καταναλωτής να έχει περισσότερα δικαιώματα σε περιπτώσεις ελαττωματικού προϊόντος.
I bought a sofa worth € 2,570 with a choice of good fabric category. To my surprise and with minimal use, the sofa sat down, feathers came out of the inside of the pillows and the fabric knotted like a knot. I asked for a replacement because this wear and tear could not be justified by the minimal use of the product by a single person in 12 months. Eventually after they refused to be replaced, they took the seats and filled them with material again, informing me that I would not have any problems. After a while the same problem reappeared. I am very sorry for this choice and for the money I gave to this company expecting to receive at least one decent product. The consumer should have more rights in cases of defective product.
