★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολυ ησυχο κ ικανοποιητικό μέρος για διαμονή-συγκριτικά παντα της τιμής με τις παροχες που προσφερονται αλλα και την κατάσταση των γκαρσονιερων(2).Πλήρως αυτόνομες με τη δικια τους κουζινα,φουλ εξοπλισμένες με ολα τα απαραίτητα, ακομα και για το μαγειρεμα εντός,με μπάνιο κ δωμάτια 2 η` κ 3 ατομων το καθενα, κ με ανεξάρτητο μπαλκονι με θεα προς τη θαλασσα αλλα και προς το βουνό.Η απόσταση απο την κοντινότερη παραλία ειναι στα 150m. ενω απο το κέντρο της πολης στα 300-400m. Με καθε είδους μαγαζιου για τις κυριες αλλα και δευτερεύουσες αναγκες να βρισκόνται ανα 100m. δεν χρειαζεστε ουτε μεσο μετακίνησης παρα μόνο στην περίπτωση εξερεύνησης κ της υπόλοιπης βορ.Ευβοίας..τελος η φιλοξενια ηταν πολυ φιλική και καθόλου "φορτικη" που προσαρμοζεται στις ανάγκες των Φιλοξενούμενων κ η οικία διαθέτει και κοινοχρηστη αυλη-κηπο,ελεύθερη ολες τις ωρες ειτε για εναν πρωινο η απογευματινο καφέ κ ιδανική και για παιδια. Το συστηνω ανεπιφυλακτα,ακομα κ για καποιο 2ήμερο δοκιμαστικής περιόδου και επειδή τα γουστα και οι ανάγκες του καθένα ειναι διαφορετικές, μια ελάχιστη διαμονή πιθανόν να οδηγήσει και σε μια νέα υπέροχη ανακάλυψη.
Very quiet and satisfactory place for accommodation - always comparing the price with the facilities offered but also the condition of the studios (2). Fully autonomous with their own kitchen, fully equipped with everything necessary, even for cooking inside, with bathroom and rooms for 2 or 3 people each, with an independent balcony overlooking the sea and the mountain. The distance from the nearest beach is 150m. while from the city center at 300-400m. With every kind of shop for the main and secondary needs to be located every 100m. you do not need any means of transportation except in the case of exploration and the rest of northern Evia..in the end the hospitality was very friendly and not at all "burdensome" that adapts to the needs of the guests and the house has a shared yard-garden, free all hours or for a morning or afternoon coffee and ideal for children. I highly recommend it, even for a 2 day trial period and because everyone's tastes and needs are different, a short stay will probably lead to a new wonderful discovery.
