m	marilena bekiaridou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ήθελα ένα κάθισμα αυτοκινήτου το οποίο ήταν σε έλλειψη μιλήσαμε στο τηλεφωνο και με εξυπηρετησαν αμέσως κ το παραγγειλαμε από Αθήνα!!!ευχαριστώ πολυ!!!! I wanted a car seat which was in short supply, we talked on the phone and they served me immediately and we ordered it from Athens !!! thank you very much !!!!
Μ	Ματινα Κακανη on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολιτική εταιρείας :"Επικοινωνήστε με την μητρική εταιρία σε περίπτωση ελαττωματικού προϊόντος". Προμηθεύτηκα την Ollie την κουκουβάγια προ 4 μηνών κ μου έβγαλε πρόβλημα. Όταν απευθύνθηκα στο κατάστημα μου είπαν να επικοινωνήσω απευθείας με την Tommy tippee την οποία κ δεν έβρισκα στα τηλέφωνα. Και όταν τους το είπα μου είπαν δεν μπορούμε να κάνουμε κάτι ξαναπροσπαθήστε και επιμείνετε στα τηλέφωνα. Αφού την βρήκα με παρέπεμψαν στην Aplay όπου κ μου είπαν ότι κανονικά τα Mothercare θα έπρεπε να εποικοινωνησουν μαζί τους. Η απάντηση της, κατά τα άλλα, ευγενέστατης υπαλλήλου σε αυτό ήταν ότι οι άνωθεν εντολές ειναι να επικοινωνούν οι πελάτες με την εταιρία. Κοινώς ο πελάτης γίνεται μπαλάκι! Ας πάρουν τα λεφτά τους κ μετά κόψτε τον λαιμό σας. Κρίμα γιατί την είχα σε υπόληψη σαν εταιρία. Company policy: "Contact the parent company in case of defective product". I got Ollie the owl 4 months ago and I got in trouble. When I went to the store I was told to contact Tommy tippee directly which I could not find on the phones. And when I told them they told me we could not do anything try again and insist on the phones. After I found her, they referred me to Aplay where they told me that normally Mothercare should contact them. The response of the otherwise noblest employee to this was that the above orders are for customers to communicate with the company. Commonly the customer becomes a ball! Let them take their money and then cut your throat. Too bad because I had a reputation as a company.
V	Vera Dimitriadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν ζήτησα στρωματακι για το καθισματακι αυτοκινήτου για νεογέννητο, η κυρία στον επάνω όροφο επέμενε για ένα στρωματακι που δεν ήταν το ενδεδειγμένο και επέμενε ότι δεν υπάρχει κάτι άλλο. Η αλήθεια έιναι όμως ότι το βρήκα δίπλα σε άλλο κατάστημα αυτό που ήθελα και και μάλιστα ήταν ένα στρωματακι συνηθισμένο που υπάρχει στην αγορά!! Απλά δεν το είχαν και επέμεναν για κάτι άλλο!! Να προσέξουν την συγκεκριμένη υπαλληλο ο κόσμος δεν είναι χαζός να τόν κοροϊδεύει! Οι άλλοι ύπαλληλοι τέλειοι!! When I asked for a mattress for the car seat for a newborn, the lady upstairs insisted on a mattress that was not appropriate and insisted that there was nothing else. But the truth is that I found next to another store what I wanted and in fact it was an ordinary mattress that is on the market !! They just did not have it and insisted on something else !! Pay attention to this employee, people are not stupid to make fun of him! The other employees are perfect !!
M	Maria Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψωνισα απο το συγκεκριμενο καταστημα παιχνιδια early learning καθως επισης και ρουχαλακια για μωρακι. Οταν χρειαστηκε να παραγγειλω το παιχνιδι επειδη υπηρχε μονο στην Αθηνα οι κοπελες μ'εξυπηρετησαν με τον καλυτερο τροπο και πολυ ευγενικα. Ικανοποιημενη πολυ απο την εξυπηρετηση. I bought early learning toys from this store as well as baby clothes. When I had to order the toy because it was only available in Athens, the girls served me in the best way and very kindly. Very satisfied with the service.

Βρέχει, έχει πάει 9:20 και ακόμη δε φάνηκε κάνεις.... 9:30 φάνηκαν επιτέλους οι κοπέλες, αλλά μπήκαν μόνο στον κόπο να κλειδώσουν την πόρτα για να μη μπω... Ούτε μια ενημέρωση ότι ανοίγουν προφανώς στις 10.... He says that it opens at 9. It's raining, it's 9:20 and you still haven't seen it .... 9:30 the girls finally showed up, but they only went to the trouble to lock the door so I wouldn't enter ... Not a single update that they obviously open at 10 ....

Μαρια, συμφωνησαμε απο κοινου τις απαιτησεις και το roi που ειχα για την αγορα καροτσιου-λικνου-καθισματος αυτοκινητου, παρατηρησα οτι τα ρουχα ανταποκρίνονται οντως στα μεγεθη των μωρών (και δεν ειναι μικροτερα, για παράδειγμα) και πραγματικά απορω με 1-2 σχόλια σχεδόν κακεντρεχή και σιγουρα άτοπα που αναφερονται στο thread. Νομίζω ότι θα το επιλέξω και στα ειδη βάπτισης, αλλά κι ετσι να μη γίνει, ειλικρινά προτιμώ το mothercare στην Κ. Ντηλ να παραμείνει ετσι οπως ειναι! ? The service I received today was excellent. Μου είπαν πως όλα τα προϊόντα έχουν αγοραστεί, ενώ μετά από μέρες πληροφορήθηκα ότι υπήρχαν τουλάχιστον άλλα 10 προϊόντα για αγορά. I went to buy gifts for a newborn from a list.
