★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a suitcase (American Tourist)from this shop few months ago!The young employee was quite rude when I told her that my suitcase appeared to have a problem with the zip the very first day that I got it and travelled in the UK with it! The service team in the UK was very helpful , logged the problem with my suitcase in the system( every suitcase has an individual code) with the plan that when I returned back home-to Greece, I could return the suitcase back to the shop and get a new one!( guarantee)
The Greek employee laughed at me when I explained the issue and she told me that the UK have a different policy than Greece!!! She did not try to help at all! Appalling service
