k	kyr. ko. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενώ είχα μια σχετικά καλή εικόνα για το κατάστημα, απογοητεύτηκα από την εξυπηρέτηση τόσο της εταιρειας όσο και του καταστηματος το διάστημα που τα καταστήματα ήταν κλειστά λόγω κοροναιου καθως δεν ενδιαφέρθηκε κανεις για τις παραγγελίες καρότσιων που υπάρχουν σε εκκρεμότητα και που προφανως καποιες μαμαδες χρειάζονται άμεσα!! οπως πχ εγώ που γεννάω τις επομενες εβδομάδες και καρότσι/πορτ μπεμπέ κλπ για το μωρό δεν έχω. Επικοινώνησα με το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα της εταιρείας όπου μου είπαν ότι δεν γνωρίζουν σε τι στάδιο είναι η παραγγελία μου (ουτε αν έχει έρθει στις αποθηκες εταιρειας) κι ότι δεν μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθώ- παρά μόνο να αγοράσω κάτι άλλο. Έχω αφησει προκαταβολή που σε αυτή τη φάση δεν μπορεί να μου επιστραφεί και περίμενα ήδη 1 μήνα για το σύστημα καροτσιου πριν την απαγόρευση της λειτουργίας των καταστημάτων. Πραγματικα μετάνιωσα που δεν απευθύνθηκα σε ένα τοπικό μικρό κατάστημα όπου έχουν αφησει κινητά τηλέφωνα επικοινωνίας και εξυπηρετούν τους πελάτες τους. Να σημειώσω επίσης ότι και σε άλλες αλυσίδες με ηλεκτρονικά καταστήματα όπου είχα παραγγείλει πράγματα, έστω προσφέρθηκε το ηλεκτρονικό κατάστημα να με εξυπηρετήσει λόγω της κατάστασης. I have left an advance payment that at this stage cannot be refunded and I have been waiting for 1 month for the stroller system before the ban on the operation of the stores. I really regretted not going to a local small store where they have left cell phones and are serving their customers. I should also note that in other chains with online stores where I had ordered things, even the online store offered to serve me due to the situation.
