This is a great place to rent Atv, beach buggy's and scooters me and my mrs got a quad for three days, the thing took us both all over the island even up to ancient Thira. The staff were very helpful and gave good directions and tips on places we should visit.

Do not rent from this company We begun our short stay in Santorini by hiring from this company, to begin with they offered cheap quad bikes. The man who served us was quite blunt and mono toned but we still proceeded to hire from them. After having the quad for no more then 3 hours it stopped working, luckily close to our hotel, we then returned to the business and asked for their assistance, he rudely stated that it was simply empty petrol, he did fill it up again for us and sent us on our way. 40 minutes later we had trouble with the quad bike again, 3 people passing by offered to help us and stated that we should not ride the quad as it had broken brakes and it was unsafe. We returned to the business and told him the issues, he continued to shrug this off and blame our driving from the issues. We continued to have a heated discussion with the owner, during this argument he was rude and threatened to call the police. The argument ended with us insisting he return our money, which he did with a lot of hesistation If you are going to run a popular business, it is important you maintain a friendly customer service manner, which this owner did not have. I would recommend hiring you quad from nick the Greek 2 shops up.

Just fuel policy would be much better and fair to be full to full not empty to empty, we got the ATV with almost zero fuel but turists will never want to go with absolutely empty tank and risk staying somewhere on the road so you bring them some extra fuel everytime you returt the machine.

One star is too many, I strongly advise against using their services! Unfortunately, a very unprofessional company, disregard for the customer, poor and inoperative equipment. Before renting, they assured us that if something breaks down will pick us up, unfortunately, after the failure of the quad we had to come by bus from the other end of the island. He sent to us his father (sick cholera) in a car with one passenger to get the keys, when we wanted to report that they have to come and pick us up, the owner stopped answering the phone.

Do not, I repeat DO NOT rent anything from this crowd if you value your time and nerves while on holidays! Their prices are a bit cheaper than competition but there is a reason for that. The bikes are in poor condition, dirty and not mechanically sound. Their staff is super rude and they don't care about the customer as soon as you pay them. I rented a quad from them and every morning it would give me a headache as it would take time to start up until one norning when it died completely. Thanks god that happened at the hotel not far away from their shop. So we went there hoping somebody is going to be there. They are not open until 9am and it was there around 8am as we were planning an early trip to Oia. There was only mechanic present at their shop. As I tried to ask him a couple of questions he just started shouting "go away, come back 9am". It's an old fella but I'm not the one who lets this type of carry on so we argued a bit and I left. Came back at 9 when the main man was there. I explained him the situation and he shrugged it off saying "well he's an old man, it's ok". An old man came along and started shouting again, so another heated argument. He called me stupid and stuff like that. So customer service is something they have no idea about. He ended up refunding me the money for unused days and now I'm actually thinking as he broke the contract he should have refunded the whole amount but that's ok. I hope their business will be avoided by customers as you're simply risking not only your time but also your health by renting from them. There are plenty of good companies around who look well after their equipment and customers. So avoid like a plaque, don't try to save a couple of euro as it may cost you thousands in the end. I'm rarely reviewing businesses but this time I felt like I had to warn others.
