D	Demetris V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση. Μία εβδομάδα πριν το lockdown λόγω κορονοϊού πήγα στο κατάστημα και προπλήρωσα ένα σετ φλας της barracuda (55€). Ενημερώθηκα από τον υπάλληλο ότι θα γίνει άμεσα παραγγελία στην εταιρεία για αυτό χρειάζονταν τα χρήματα. Είχα την επιλογή να δώσω προκαταβολή μικρότερη αλλά προτίμησα όλο το ποσό. Έρχεται το lockdown και επικοινωνώ με το κατάστημα -μιας και έπρεπε να γυρίσω στην μόνιμη κατοικία μου στην Πελοπόννησο- ώστε να βρεθεί μία λύση είτε με ακύρωση της παραγγελίας είτε με αποστολή της όταν έρθει. Μου είπαν ότι δεν γίνεται ακύρωση γιατί έχουν κάνει ήδη την παραγγελία. Τέλη Μάρτη αυτή η επικοινωνία. Στις 27 Απρίλη βλέπω πως λειτουργεί το ηλεκτρονικό τους κατάστημα άρα επικοινωνώ ξανά για να δω τι γίνεται. Μου λένε πως δεν τα έβρισκαν και τα παρήγγειλαν από αλλο κατάστημα στην Αθήνα. Οκ λέω, πείτε τους να τα στείλουν απευθείας σε μένα μην κάνουν βόλτες τα φλας. Οκ μου λένε. Χτες επικοινωνώ ξανά γιατί δεν είχα παραλάβει ακόμη. Μου λένε ότι εν τέλει παρέλαβαν αυτοί, και τα έστειλαν με κούριερ. Ζηταω tracking number και μου λένε να πάρω ο ίδιος την courier να το βρω. Το βρίσκω. Παραλαμβάνω σήμερα. 12 ευρώ κόστος αποστολής. Δεν είχα ποτέ ουδεμία ενημέρωση για κόστος αποστολής. Υπό κανονικές συνθήκες το κόστος αποστολής τους είναι 10 ευρώ. Σε μια τέτοια περίπτωση όμως θεωρώ πως θα έπρεπε να ενημερωθώ. Ακόμη και έτσι όμως όταν ρώτησα σε τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία γιατί χρεωθηκα ενώ δεν είχα ενημερωθει, η απάντηση ήταν "ε πως θα τα στέλναμε; Τσάμπα; " Εδώ να σημειώσω πως για μεγαλύτερες αγορές παρέχουν δωρεάν αποστολή άρα έχουν την δυνατότητα. Πέραν αυτού, οφείλει το κατάστημα να ενημερώσει ειδικά όταν είναι μια τέτοια ιδιάζουσα περίπτωση. Σχετικά με την διαφορά στο κόστος αποστολής (πλήρωσα 12 ευρώ αντί για 10 που λέει το σάιτ) η απάντηση ήταν "ε όταν ξανάρθεις έλα να σε κεράσω έναν καφέ. Μάλλον χρεώνουν παραπάνω οι κούριερ". Εν κατακλείδι, το θέμα δεν ειναι ούτε η καθυστέρηση ούτε η έξτρα χρέωση καθ'αυτη, γιατί όλα αυτά είναι κατανοητα εν μέσω lockdown. Το θέμα ειναι πως ως πελάτης ένιωσα να με κοροϊδεύουν εφόσον έπρεπε να τους κυνηγάω για κάτι που είχαν πάρει τα χρήματα εδώ και ένα μήνα. Very poor service. They tell me that they finally received it, and sent it by courier. I ask for a tracking number and they tell me to get the courier myself to find it. I find it. I receive today. 12 euros shipping cost. I never had any information about shipping costs. Under normal circumstances, the shipping cost is 10 euros. In such a case, however, I think I should be informed. Even so, when I asked on the phone why I was charged while I was not informed, the answer was "how would we send them? Tsamba?" In addition, the store must inform especially when such a special case. Regarding the difference in shipping costs (I paid 12 euros instead of the 10 that the site says) the answer was "well, when you come back, let me treat you to a coffee. The couriers probably charge more". In conclusion, the issue is neither the delay nor the extra charge per se, because all this is understandable in the middle of a lockdown. The thing is, as a customer, I used to be ridiculed if I had to chase them for something they had been taking for a month.

Κράνος 300+ € και με αντιμετώπισαν λες και είμαι εγκληματίας 5! μέρες μετά την αγορά. ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ μείνετε μακριά.. STAY AWAY ! non proffesional , rude , they see you like a walking wallet...
