Το προϊόν ήρθε γρήγορα αν και δεν ήταν ετοιμοπαραδοτο στο κατάστημα.
Οι τιμές του είναι καλές σε σύγκριση και με την υπόλοιπη αγορά.

Πέρα από την χαρακτηριστικά βαριεστιμένη εξυπηρέτηση. Ζήτησα πλαϊνά στηρίγματα για να βάζω βαλίτσες στη μηχανή και μου είπε ότι πρέπει να πληρώσω προκαταβολικά για να τα παραγγείλει (140€ το κόστος). Θα μου έκανε και την τοποθέτηση επίσης.
Τα στηρίγματα όμως δεν ταίριαζαν στη μηχανή και φυσικά δεν δεχόταν να μου επιστρέψει τα χρήματα. Αφού του υπενθύμισα ότι έχουμε συμφωνήσει για τοποθέτηση, στεκόταν εκεί με τις οδηγίες χρήσης, λέγοντας μου ότι δεν ταιριάζει στο μοντέλο αυτό και να προσπαθήσω να κάνω καμιά πατέντα μόνος μου...
*Και για να απαντήσω στην απάντηση σας από κάτω: Αυτό που λέτε είναι λάθος, εννοείται ότι γνωρίζατε ο ίδιος προσωπικά το μοντέλο μηχανής, αφού είχα έρθει στο μαγαζί με τη μηχανή, την είχατε δει απέξω.
My worst experience as a customer.
Beyond the typically boring service. I asked for side supports to put suitcases in the machine and he told me that I have to pay in advance to order them (140 € the cost). He would do the placement for me as well.
But the brackets did not fit the machine and of course he did not accept to return my money. After I reminded him that we have agreed on installation, he stood there with the instructions for use, telling me that it does not fit this model and to try to make a patent myself ...
* And to answer your answer below: What you are saying is wrong, it means that you personally knew the camera model, since I had come to the shop with the camera, you had seen it outside.
