★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stunning wearable pieces of art from one of the last masters at Ioánnina.
Excellent craftsmanship on traditional lost techniques such as savat and filigree. Enchanting little shop full of character in which I always lose myself for a couple of hours discovering little gems. Service is top notch, from the maker’s wife who passionately will share great knowledge about the pieces, the techniques and local jewellery tradition.
It’s not about purchasing some jewellery, but rather acquiring a piece of history and culture from one of the last makers alive. My go to when I visit this beautiful city that I absolutely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third generation makers of handmade silver jewelery in the traditional style, at extremely fair prices for what that level of skill requires (filigree). They also sell antiques and the shop is beautifully old world with small, antique shelves and window displays.
