★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This review is about customer care and how this hotel has dealt with our cancellation in the situation when a lot of wildfires raged the Peloponnese earlier this 2021 season. We had booked 2 nights and found we did not dare to drive from Kilada since even the main Greece artery the highway from Athens westbound was closed due to uncontrolled fires. We did cancel and had to find accommodation in Kilada.The booking. Com app stated that cancellation could be done at no fee so we were surprised when we did se that we were charged 100E. A contact directly with the hotel just rendered that they would talk to booking. Com and then no answer to mails or messages via the app. I understand that things are tough after Covid for a lot of businesses but being this desperate for some cash indicates that they might not be around once you get there. Please do not frequent places with a flawed customer service attitude and spare yourself from a nasty experience. There are so many good honest places to stay that we the customers should visit again and again rather then a place like this. Stay away, the nice pictures of a cosy place will never compensate for a badly managed establishment. If there was a 0 star they would have earned it!
