Έγινε ένα λάθος και η κυρία εκτύπωσε έγχρωμο το αντίγραφο, ενώ δεν το είχα ζητήσει και το είπε και η ίδια. Όταν έφτασε η ώρα της πληρωμής και της είπα ότι κανονικά είναι δικό της το λάθος και δεν πρέπει να το επωμιστώ εγώ έκανε πως δε μ'ακουσε και χτύπησε κανονικά την απόδειξη για το έγχρωμο αντίγραφο.
Προσωπικά ούτε απ'έξω άλλη φορά και δεν είναι οικονομικό το θέμα (δε θα με σώσουν 20 λεπτά) αλλά νοοτροπίας κι αντιμετώπισης του πελάτη
I went in the morning to take some photocopies
A mistake was made and the lady printed the copy in color, while I had not asked for it and she said it herself. When the time came for the payment and I told her that it is normally her fault and I should not shoulder it, she pretended that she did not listen to me and hit the receipt for the color copy normally.
Personally, not even from the outside and it is not a financial issue (they will not save me for 20 minutes) but the mentality and treatment of the client
