m	matoula xala on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ζήτησα να μου ανεβάσουν το 0μπρε στο ίδιο χρώμα που τα είχα, κούρεμα και φορμαρισμα. Αντ' αυτού ήμουν 6.5 ώρες στο κατάστημα με κλειστό το aircondition για να βγει το αποτέλεσμα που ήθελα επειδή έλειπε η hair colorist κάτι για το οποίο δεν είχα ενημερωθεί και με ανέλαβε άλλη κυρία. Το αποτέλεσμα ήταν τα μαλλιά μου να βγουν καμένα και γκρι σχεδόν ακουρευτα πολύ άγρια και να πληρώσω 145 ευρώ. Στην έντονη δυσαρέσκεια μου προσπάθησαν να με πείσουν πως είναι τέλεια και πως μου έκαναν smoky hair, δηλ. κάτι άλλο από αυτό που ζήτησα. Όταν τους είπα πως πληρώνω περίπου 95 μου είπαν πως μέσα στο ποσό είναι και μία θεραπεία (Κάτι που δε με ενημέρωσαν, ακόμα μια φορά).Πήγα μετά από 1.5 ημέρα για να διαμαρτυρηθώ και να πάρω τα λεφτά μου πίσω κάτι που φυσικά δεν έγινε ποτέ, Και πάλι δεν ανέλαβαν καμία ευθύνη, ισχυρίζονταν πως τα μαλλιά είναι τέλεια. Δεν ξαναπατάω!!! I asked them to raise my 0bre in the same color I had, haircut and styling. Instead I was in the store for 6.5 hours with the aircondition closed to get the result I wanted because the hair colorist was missing something I had not been informed about and another lady took over. The result was my hair coming out burnt and gray almost unheard of very wild and I paid 145 euros. In my intense dissatisfaction they tried to convince me that it is perfect and that they made me smoky hair, ie something other than what I asked for. When I told them that I pay about 95 they told me that the amount includes a treatment (Something they did not inform me, once again). I went after 1.5 days to protest and get my money back, something that of course never happened Again, they did not take any responsibility, claiming that the hair is perfect. I will not cheat again !!!

Τη 1η φορά έκανα balayage, το χρώμα ήταν εντάξει αλλά το πίσω μέρος του κεφαλιού ήταν σα να μην το ειχαν βάψει, χρεώθηκα 150€ και μετά από 3 λουσίματα (που με είχαν διαβεβαιώσει ότι θα ανοίξει και το πίσω μέρος) αναγκάστηκα να πάω 2η φορά για να το διορθώσουν. Αφού το έφτιαξαν έκλεισα ραντεβού μετά από 1.5 μήνα για ρεφλέ,(ένα ραντεβού που όταν κάλεσα για επιβεβαίωση δεν το είχαν κρατήσει και έπρεπε να το κλείσω εκ νέου) η κοπέλα που το έκανε, έκανε ένα εντελώς άλλο χρώμα (από ξανθό σε καστανό) κατι για το οποιο χρεωθηκα 25€. Μετά από αυτή τη 3η φορά δυστυχώς δεν πρόκειται να ξαναπάω. I went to this hair salon 3 times. The 1st time I did balayage, the color was ok but the back of the head was as if they had not painted it, I was charged 150 € and after 3 baths (which had assured me that the back would also open) I had to go 2nd time to fix it. After they made it, I made an appointment after 1.5 months for a refill, (an appointment that when I called for confirmation they had not kept and I had to make it again) the girl who made it, did a completely different color (from blonde to brown) something for which I was charged 25 €. After this 3rd time unfortunately I am not going to go again.
