N	Nektaria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα στο μαγαζί της νέας Ιωνίας να αλλάξω ένα δώρο το οποίο βρισκόταν στη συσκευασία του με λάθος απόδειξη - καρτας αλλαγής ,ωστόσο βρίσκω τη σωστή τηλεφωνικά και η απάντηση των 2 υπαλλήλων ήταν ότι θέλουν τη φυσική απόδειξη και όχι ένα σκέτο barcode. εντέλει έχασα την προθεσμία γιατί δεν πρόλαβα να πάω άλλη μέρα και έμεινε έτσι το δώρο ! Ευχαριστώ για την εξυπηρέτηση .. I went to the new Ionia shop to change a gift that was packed with the wrong proof - change card but I find the right phone and the answer of the two employees was that they want physical proof and not a bare barcode. Η κοπέλα μου είπε ότι μπορώ να πάρω μόνο 6 και τα υπόλοιπα 3 όταν επιστρέψω κάποια (κατανοητό συμβαίνει σε πολλά καταστήματα ρούχων). Όταν βγήκα για να πάρω τα 3 τεμάχια μου είπε ότι επειδή περιμένει κόσμος και έχω δοκιμάσει το μέγιστο αριθμό τεμαχίων να βγω από το δοκιμαστήριο και να περιμένω για να ξαναμπώ (αυτό δεν το ανέφερε όταν έμπαινα αλλά εκ των υστέρων). Όταν την ρώτησα αν καταλαβαίνει τι λέει μου απάντησε "Πολιτική του καταστήματος". Λυπάμαι πολύ για το κατάστημα και την πολιτική του. I went to the rehearsal rooms with 9 pieces. Ίσως ενόψει εκπτώσεων, ποιος ξέρει... 2-3 years ago, I would have given him 5 stars. Recently I visited it, unfortunately it has changed a lot. It has what is left, most of it like hooves.
