★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While staying in Delphi we really enjoyed visiting Mr. Rose, thanks to the incredibly talented Nikolas behind the bar. Finding a bartender that uses inventive ingredients and flavor combinations, while still preserving the essence of the spirit, alongside well balanced flavors is quite rare in our experience, and top of that he is a really warm and welcoming person that was a delight to talk to. For the location in such a small town, the quality of the cocktails he made could have come from some of the best bars in the world, and it was a wonderfully unexpected surprise for us during our visit. By the end of the night we were happily drinking whatever he wanted to make us, and each was uniquely delicious. Would come back again in a heartbeat if we are ever in the area again!
