Π	ΠΑΝΑΓΙΏΤΗΣ ΜΠΟΥΡΟΣ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα παραγγελία διαδικτυακά ένα σετ βαλίτσες , λόγω πολύ καλής τιμής και ζήτησα να μου αποσταλούν με αντικαταβολή σε νησί του Ιονίου. Μετά από τέσσερις ημέρες κι ενώ είχα μήνυμα από την εταιρεία ότι το έχουν αποστείλει, δεν είχα λάβει ενημέρωση για την παραλαβή από την τοπική μεταφορική εταιρεία. Πήρα τηλέφωνο, Παρασκευή μεσημέρι, μετά το ωράριο λειτουργίας. Απάντησαν στην κλήση μου, έψαξαν να βρουν σε ποια μεταφορική έχει πάει , αλλά λόγω ώρας δεν έγινε τίποτα. Σάββατο πρωί βρήκα μήνυμα στο κινητό με την επωνυμία της μεταφορικής, και το τηλέφωνο της. Παρέλαβα και διαπίστωσα την πολύ καλή ποιότητα του προϊόντος. Συστήνεται ανεπιφύλακτα και συγχαρητήρια στο προσωπικό. I ordered a set of suitcases online, due to a very good price and I asked to be sent by cash on delivery to an Ionian island. After four days and while I had a message from the company that they had sent it, I had not received information about the receipt from the local transport company. I got on the phone, Friday noon, after business hours. They answered my call, they tried to find out which transport station he went to, but due to time nothing was done. Saturday morning I found a message on my cell phone with the name of the carrier, and her phone. I received and found the very good quality of the product. Highly recommended and congratulations to the staff.

B	Bernard Heathaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wouldn't recommend. I took my travel bag there, to have 1 wheel fixed. The price was 20 Euros, while I had bought the bag for 35. I don't know if it was just bad service or just a fluke, but the wheel broke again in the middle of it's first travel and now, I have to buy a new one to make the trip back. Not only I wasted my money, but it also made a long hard trip, even longer and harder. I am fully aware that I indeed brought my bag to you, I also called you before hand and we talked about it when I arrived. 1. So you charged me double the rate. 2. You never told me about your "guarantee" or else I would have brought my bag again 3. You didn't even give me a receipt, and you expect people to trust your customer records? Still wouldn't recommend, but now I have even more reasons to do so.
