N	Nikos Kapogiannis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Επίσκεψη για αγορά & τοποθέτηση glass uv σε Samsung Galaxy S9 Plus ύστερα από κάποια θετικά σχόλια που γράφονται στο διαδίκτυο για το εν λόγω κατάστημα. Την πρώτη φορά ο τεχνίτης χρειαζόταν μίση ώρα με σαράντα λεπτά λεπτά για την τοποθέτηση λόγου φόρτου εργασίας. Την δεύτερη φορά ο τεχνίτης ήταν απών & προτάθηκε από το κατάστημα τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία πριν την επόμενη επίσκεψη προκειμένου να επιβεβαιωθεί αφενός η διαθεσιμότητα του προϊόντος αφετέρου ο επαρκής χρόνος του τεχνίτη για την τοποθέτηση. Την τρίτη φορά έγινε η τοποθέτηση σε διάστημα περίπου 20 λεπτών. Μάτα από δυο μέρες ξεκόλλησε σε μια από τις γωνίες του κινητού τηλεφώνου και ύστερα από την εκ νέου επίσκεψη προτάθηκε δωρεάν αντικατάσταση σε άλλη ημέρα όμως λόγω μη διαθεσιμότητας του προϊόντος εκείνη την ημέρα. Μετά από 3 ημέρες & πέμπτη κατά σειρά επίσκεψη έγινε η αντικατάσταση και η εκ νέου τοποθέτηση σε διάστημα μισής ώρας περίπου μια & ο τεχνίτης ήταν απών κατά την ώρα της επίσκεψης μου με κάποια μικρά ψεγάδια όμως στο κέντρο της οθόνης. Η απάντηση του καταστήματος ήταν ότι στο κέντρο της οθόνης δεν μπορούν να έχουν τον απόλυτο έλεγχο κατά την στιγμή της τοποθέτησης οπότε κάποιες φορές ενδέχεται να εμφανιστούν αυτές οι ατέλειες. Τέλος μετά από τρεις μέρες & ύστερα από προσεκτική χρήση θα έλεγα ξεκόλλησε πάλι στην γωνία και εν συνεχεία ράγισε κάπου στο κέντρο χωρίς να προηγηθεί πτώση του κινητού που θα δικαιολογούσε αυτή την περίπτωση . Δεν νομίζω ότι χρειάζεται άλλη επίσκεψη στο κατάστημα . Καλύτερα προτιμήστε κάτι ποιο αξιόπιστο σαν προϊόν και πιθανόν κάποιο κατάστημα με περισσότερη εμπειρία στο χώρο για την τοποθέτηση. Παρολαυτά οφείλω να παρατηρήσω ότι η κοπέλα στην υποδοχή του καταστήματος είναι ευγενέστατη και κάνει σοβαρή προσπάθεια να εξυπηρετήσει. The second time the craftsman was absent & suggested by the shop phone before the next visit to confirm both the availability of the product and the sufficient time for the craftsman to place. The third time the placement took about 20 minutes. After two days, she was unplugged in one of the corners of the cell phone and after a re-visit she was offered a free replacement for another day but due to unavailability of the product that day. After 3 days & fifth visit in a row there was replacement and re-fitting in about half an hour & the craftsman was absent at the time of my visit with some minor flaws in the center of the screen. The store's response was that they could not have total control at the center of the screen at the time of installation so sometimes these flaws may occur. Finally, after three days, and after careful use I would say it unrolled again in the corner and then cracked somewhere in the center without a drop in the cell phone that would justify this case. I don't think you need another visit to the store. Prefer something more reliable as a product and possibly a shop with more experience in the placement. However, I must note that the lady at the reception is polite and makes a serious effort to serve.

Η οθόνη αλλαχτηκε αλλά το κινητό δεν λειτούργησε ποτέ σωστά.Μετα από αλλεπάλληλες ενοχλήσεις στο κατάστημα και αφού ακούστηκαν πολλές δικαιολογίες επισκέφτηκα άλλο μεγάλο κατάστημα της περιοχής και το πρόβλημα λύθηκε. Visit the store to repair a mobile phone with a problem with the screen. The screen was changed but the mobile phone never worked properly. After repeated annoyances in the store and after hearing many excuses, I visited another large store in the area and the problem was solved.

Update: Following the reply of the owner, I feel obliged to write that I am just a customer who wrote this review for the other users of the web that might find it useful when looking for a store. I have no ulterior motives like the owner is implying. Apparently this is another technique of MRS to disorientate customers...I was very glad to find out that there is a store for mobile repairs in the beautiful neighbourhood of Lamprini. However, after my visits to the shop and the horrible ultimate experience I had, I feel very sad to write that it did not meet at all my expectations.
