Γ	Γιώργος Βοντιτσος on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στα 1617- 618, στον χώρο της βορειοανατολικής ακρόπολης οικοδομήθηκε το θρησκευτικό-εκπαιδευτικό συγκρότημα (Kyliye) του Ασλάν Πασά, που περιλάμβανε Τζαμί, μενδρεσέ (ιεροδιδασκαλείο) και μαγειρεία (εστία). Αποτελεί ένα από τα σημαντικότερα μουσουλμανικά τεμένη των Ιωαννίνων. Πιθανώς κτίστηκε στη θέση του βυζαντινού ναού του Αγίου Ιωάννη. Σήμερα, το Τζαμί Ασλάν Πασά (Αλ. Νούτσου 18), λειτουργεί ως Δημοτικό Εθνογραφικό Μουσείο και φιλοξενεί τρεις συλλογές, αντιπροσωπευτικές των τριών θρησκευτικών κοινοτήτων της πόλης, της χριστιανικής, της εβραϊκής και της μουσουλμανικής. Τα αντικείμενα είναι δωρεές επιφανών οικογενειών, χρονολογούνται από τον 18° έως τον 20° αιώνα και είναι σκεύη με χρηστικό και διακοσμητικό χαρακτήρα από διάφορα μέταλλα ή και πορσελάνη. Επίσης, μπορεί κανείς να δει όπλα και ενδυμασίες χαρακτηριστικές της περιόδου της Τουρκοκρατίας. Στα αντικείμενα της συλλογής του χριστιανικού στοιχείου, περιλαμβάνονται και εκκλησιαστικά αργυρά σκεύη, άμφια και εκκλησιαστικά βιβλία από τη Συλλογή του Αρχιεπισκόπου Σπυρίδωνος. Στην εβραϊκή συλλογή, εκτίθενται παραπετάσματα από το κτήριο της παλαιάς συναγωγής, φορεσιές και αντικείμενα ενδεικτικά του βίου της άλλοτε ακμάζουσας εβραϊκής κοινότητας Ιωαννίνων. Στο μουσουλμανικό στοιχείο, που εκτίθεται στον κεντρικό χώρο, υπάρχουν ανατολίτικα υφάσματα του 16ου,του 17ου και του 18ου, έπιπλα από ξύλο και φίλντισι της εποχής του Αλή Πασά, μπρούτζινα αντικείμενα και μουσουλμανικά βιβλία. In 1617- 618, in the area of the northeastern citadel, the religious-educational complex (Kyliye) of Aslan Pasha was built, which included a mosque, a madrassa (seminary) and a kitchen (hearth). It is one of the most important mosques in Ioannina. It was probably built on the site of the Byzantine church of Agios Ioannis. Today, the Aslan Pasha Mosque (Al. Noutsou 18) functions as a Municipal Ethnographic Museum and houses three collections, representing the three religious communities of the city, the Christian, the Jewish and the Muslim. The items are donations from prominent families, date from the 18th to the 20th century and are utensils with a useful and decorative character from various metals or porcelain. Also, one can see weapons and clothing typical of the period of Ottoman rule. The objects of the collection of the Christian element also include ecclesiastical silver utensils, vestments and ecclesiastical books from the Collection of Archbishop Spyridon. In the Jewish collection, curtains from the building of the old synagogue, costumes and objects indicative of the life of the once prosperous Jewish community of Ioannina are exhibited. In the Muslim element, which is exhibited in the central space, there are oriental fabrics of the 16th, 17th and 18th, wooden furniture and mother of pearl of the time of Ali Pasha, bronze objects and Muslim books.

It offers three sections: mosque and Islam, Greek folklore and Jewish element. Anyone who visits Ioannina should definitely visit it. Also the view is excellent
