★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mustang Car Rental are very highly reccomended! We use them every year and their prices are soo good we rent a car for 5 months every year! Kostas is a very friendly man who speaks very good english. He looks after us very well and helps very quickly if we have any problems. He will drive to any airport in Crete and be there for your arrival!
Try Mustang first!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Costa is very friendly guy, i would recommend this car rental. Prices are comparable with other companies. We were staying in Smartline neptuno beach and this was closest rental by foot and also very good choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanna start this by thanking mr/kostas along with his team for being professionals and if honestly i can give them more than 5 stars i would , the agreement was to get an automatic car (hyundai i10) for 11 days and i was surprised that they gave me a higher category car (peuguot) new brand with the same price, needless to say they don't take any extras and if you paid in cash you get 10% discount and they don't take any credit card details if paid in cash and the price is final as agreed. i highly recommend this car rental company for anyone going to crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and very good value for money. We rented a car for 18 days in september 2014. The car was delivered to our hotel with swiss punctuality. The price was by far the lowest I could find. The car was 4 y.o. and with 77.000 km but in very good condition (with the terrific low price I paid I couldn't pretend a brand new car!). In an emergency situation on the very day of our departure(key locked inside the car) mr. Kostas was ready to help us not to miss our plane. So I can also state that they actually provide excellent service. I would recommend to anyone and use again for future trips to Crete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mustang had a perfect service with us and with a very reasonable price/day. They came to our AirBnb with the car early in the morning. Also, they were waiting for us in the Airport for the return within 5 minutes. Best car rental service in Heraklion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You should explicitely advertize that customers annoy you during your day long break, but my bad, i thought it was a car rental agency where people do rent cars.
Next time maybe try to say hello or at least a look at when someone enter your place, you’ll see it tends to give some results.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) We checked several car rental companies in the neighbourhood and this one had the best price!
2) Price included two drivers, full cover, no mileage limit etc - there was no extra payments!
3) Car was in very good condition (no hidden defects like faulty a/c)!
4) Mr. Costas who was handlig us was super friendly guy. He has shown us lots of nice places to see in Crete and gave us some useful tips!
I highly recommend this place :) Its way better than surrounding car rentals (especially ones close to candia maris).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never replied to the phone despite constantly calling them yesterday for over 2 hours(both on mobile and company phone), didn't make it clear from the beginning that there were no other options when we tried to rebook (we cancelled in a need to book for less days) while chating in messages and him asking other question, so a huge minus on the customer service.
Good thing he said he refunded immediately though!
