In particular Mary, who we did the booking with, was fantastic! She didn’t pressure us, explained all the options & gave brilliant advice about places of interest! Her colleague, Athena was excellent also when we called in with a couple of queries. We had sought prices from a few other companies prior to choosing Holiday Cars but the others were pushy or disinterested & in one case rude!! We highly recommend Holiday Cars.

Very bad service, avoid and book the car elsewhere !, dont give them any deposit or let them copy your credit card or driving licence. better to avoid this trouble makers. I personally booked car from Monza, nice and friendly they dont need deposit and copy my licence. AVOID !

Suddenly, just after we signed the contract they wanted us to leave them our credit cards ... No mention of that in contract. After we refused to give them our credit cards, they got very rude and angry. We never saw our deposit afterwards. This is not legit business. We felt like in third world country 30 years ago ...
C	Che cé? on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scammers, please be careful, they take money from your credit card that you will never get back. Look for a reasonable car rental company not these rip-offs. At the end they wanted to charge us for damage that had already happened to the car, luckily we took photos.
D	Dennis Kortmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ People be aware of such business. There are more rental companies like this one on the same street, with very similar name, and they are working together. We wanted to rent a car, on the phone they tell you vehicles are fully insured and you just need to pay deposit during the rental period. The reality is VERY DIFFERENT. When we entered the office they were really nice, they told us that the car will be prepared in the evening and told us that we should do small partial payment of 40€ as a reservation, and we will pay rest in the evening when we sign the contract. We did pay them. When we came in the evening they stopped being polite, they just pointed with the pen where we should sign the rental contract. People do yourself a favor and DO ACTUALLY READ THE CONTRACT. In the contract it was written that the car has no insurance, apart from 300€ deposit that you need to pay, the contract stated that we are taking full liability for the car damage, even if third person damages the car, they wrote there with pen that we are taking additional risk of 500€ (who knows what they actually meant by that) also the contract stated we are fully liable if the vehicle got stolen...
