★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Φιλική ατμόσφαιρα και καλές τιμές. Μάλλον καλό για κάποιον που έχει έναν γυμναστή που του δίνει ήδη κάποιο πρόγραμμα.
Θα απέφευγα το πρόγραμμα crossfit, αναίτια πολλοί τραυματισμοί για μικρό κέρδος.
Friendly atmosphere and good prices. Probably good for someone who has a trainer who already gives him a schedule.
I would avoid the crossfit program, causing a lot of injuries for little gain.
