★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειλικρινά ότι χειρότερο σε εξυπηρέτηση. Χρειάστηκε να στείλω μέιλ στα κεντρικά του Σκρουτζ για να εξυπηρετηθω. Αλλά για να λέμε και την αλήθεια, μόλις έπεσε το χοντρό κράξιμο, μου έστειλαν ότι είχα παραγγείλει. Ελπίζω να βελτιώθηκαν οι υπηρεσίες.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Στις 28.06.2019 επικοινώνησα με το κατάστημα με e-mail αναφορικά με την έκδοση τιμολογίου βάσει ΠΟΛ 1150 Άρθρο 39Α, και συγκεκριμένα ρώτησα αν πρέπει πρώτα να ολοκληρώσω την παραγγελία και μετά να αποστείλω τα δικαιολογητικά για την έκδοση τιμολογίου βάσει της ΠΟΛ 1150 αρ. 39Α, ή αν πρώτα πρέπει να τους τα στείλω και έπειτα να προβώ στην παραγγελία τηλεφωνικώς.
Σε αυτό μου απάντησαν το εξής: «για να μπορεσουμε να συνεχισουμε την παραγγελια σας εφοσον εχετε κανει ηλεκτρονικη παραγγελια,θα πρεπει να μας αποστειλετε τα παρακατω εγγραφα.»
Έτσι, εγώ προέβην στην καταχώριση της παραγγελίας, η οποία παραλήφθηκε και την 01.07.2019 απέστειλα τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα καθώς η απαίτηση από το κατάστημα να αποσταλούν εντός 24ωρου από την παραγγελία ήταν αδύνατη, μιας και μεταξύ άλλων απαιτούνταν και επικυρωμένο αντίγραφο λογαριασμού τραπέζης.
Φτάσαμε στις 17.07.2019 και δεν είχα λάβει καμία απάντηση, έτσι σήμερα στις 19.07.2019 κάλεσα το κατάστημα και με ενημέρωσαν ότι η παραγγελία ακυρώθηκε την 01.07.2019, ημερομηνία που έλαβαν τα δικαιολογητικά!! Όχι μόνο ακύρωσαν την παραγγελία χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση, έλαβαν τα έγγραφα και δεν ασχολήθηκαν να μου αναφέρουν πως θα πρέπει να εκτελέσω την παραγγελία εκ νέου για να μην υπάρξει περαιτέρω καθυστέρηση.
Σήμερα λοιπόν, μια εκπρόσωπος του καταστήματος με ενημέρωσε πως αν θέλω, μπορώ να ξανακάνω την παραγγελία, αποστέλλοντας ταυτόχρονα τα εν λόγω δικαιολογητικά, ωστόσο ο έλεγχος θα χρειαστεί 15-20 εργάσιμες ημέρες ξανά.
Αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, λυπάμαι πολύ που εν έτει 2019, με τον ανταγωνισμό στα ύψη, υπάρχουν ακόμα επιχειρήσεις που δεν ασχολούνται με το πιο σημαντικό κομμάτι του επιχειρείν. την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών.
On 28.06.2019 I contacted the store by e-mail regarding the issuance of invoice based on POL 1150 Article 39A, and specifically I asked if I must first complete the order and then send the supporting documents for the issuance of invoice under POL 1150 no. 39A, or if I must first send them to them and then proceed with the order by phone.
To this they replied: "in order to be able to continue your order if you have placed an online order, you must send us the following documents."
Thus, I registered the order, which was received and on 01.07.2019 I sent the required documents as the requirement from the store to be sent within 24 hours of the order was impossible, since among other things a certified copy of bank account was required.
We arrived on 17.07.2019 and I had not received any answer, so today on 19.07.2019 I called the store and they informed me that the order was canceled on 01.07.2019, the date they received the supporting documents !! Not only did they cancel the order without any notice, they received the documents and did not bother to tell me that I would have to execute the order again so that there would be no further delay.
So today, a representative of the store informed me that if I want, I can re-order, sending the said documents at the same time, however the check will take 15-20 working days again.
Unprofessional behavior, I am very sorry that in the year 2019, with the competition soaring, there are still companies that do not deal with the most important part of the business. customer service.
