Myconian Kyma - Mykonos Town Vrissi

Unfortunately I cannot give this hotel a good review. My check in process was a mess and the rooms offered were not great. I will say they attempted to give me birthday gifts such as complimentary chapagne, fruit, and a upgraded room.. but when I wanted a quieter room with more privacy I was able to choose another room which unfortunately ended up with a broken ac and horrible wifi. I was then moved to a different room which no longer had the tub that the other room was chosen for. When brought to his attention The manager told me “well your original reservation didn’t have a tub.” Why does this matter when you already offered an upgraded room and I would still have that room had it not been for the broken ac and no wifi???? Of the 3 rooms I saw, all had issues of im being honest. Stains and old looking furniture, broken/chipped tables, slow wifi, broken ac, and chipped walls. When I tried to order room service that was a mess too. I will say the girls at reception were as nice and helpful as they could be. However I would not consider this hotel luxury. When I ran into an issue with my rental car and decided to leave the island early as a result (and also not loving my room) I was told I could not have a refund so I’m basically stuck here for 3 days. I cannot even work remotely because the wifi is so slow and cuts off randomly.

Fabulous - Treated like royalty! 4 night stay with some friends. The use of the other Myconian hotels is a great benefit. Sunset drinks was such a nice way to start an evening without queuing or the crowds. Booked again for 2022!

We liked everything here. The location was perfect for us. We liked to have a 10 mins walk to the city center every evening. View from the hotel is incredible. Service was very good and the breakfasts were super good as well. We got a bigger room than we booked. Thank you guys!

After we checked in, the customer service was special. Member of staff have us a quick introduction of the hotel and a tour. The restaurant staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is great. The hotel is quiet and tranquil despite being around 10-15 mins walk from the centre. Will be returning!

Currently staying at the Kyma Hotel and can honestly say our stay has been the best it could be thanks to the amazing service, restaurants and lovely rooms! All the staff have been so helpful, willing to do anything to make our stay and experience in Mykonos the best it can be. The views of the island can’t be beaten! Thank you all for such a wonderful stay. We can not recommend this hotel enough.

Never before have I been as compelled to write a review. I am still here enjoying my holiday, but wanted to share the wonder that is this hotel. The KYMA hotel is amazing - the views overlooking Mykonos town, sunsets, pool area….you even have the option of champagne with breakfast! But most important the staff are truly wonderful, they have made our trip (with a one year old and a two year old) relaxing and memorable. Each and every member of staff has treated us like royalty…..from our wonderful housekeeper Stella who brings the children treats every day to George on the door who looks after our pushchair and entertains our son by taking him on trips in the golf buggy. I can’t say anymore than I am so very grateful, I would 100percent recommend and return. It’s eleven out of ten.

Fantastic stay! The rooms are spacious the balcony with jacuzzi was great. The breakfast also didn’t disappoint, enough vegetarian options the staff is very polite and helpful as well. All amenities are top class. One can also use the facilities of the other two hotels next to it.

This was by far the greatest hotel experience that I’ve had. The amenities were amazing, the staff were extra kind and attentive, and we had the most amazing view of Greece from our balcony (we could watch the sun set over the ocean each night!). It’s so close to the city center with lots of shops and restaurants. The restaurant at Kyma is also very delicious if you want a chill evening by the jacuzzi. When I come back, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else! Absolutely no complaints!
