★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful environment.. Great decor.. enormous selection of dessert, breakfast, protein drinks. .I enjoyed very much my shrimp salad and sea bass as my main dish.. followed by chocolate mousse.. delishhh.. Its my go to place.. Super friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been riding around on our quad looking for a nice spot with outside seating and a nice view, Progress was perfect for that. We had researched everywhere we had eaten before but happened across Progress...and we were so happy we did. The food was delicious, I've travelled the world but the carbonara was some of the best I've had and the tempura prawn salad was gorgeous. Happy and attentive staff and a very inviting place. Would go back if we weren't leaving tomorrow.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came here on a windy day to enjoy some breakfast. The interior looks amazing and cosy. The menu has a lot of options to choose from. I recommend trying the egg Benedict or/and pancakes. A fresh orange juice and a coffee fits just perfect. Stuff (only one girl) seemed to be not enough to serve every customer right away and so one group of young people even left unserved but we didnt had any troubles. There's also the possibility to sit outside on a not so windy day. There are also some ables with very soft beds to sit and which looked super cosy. If you wanna try something different for breakfast maybe give it a shot.
