En el mostrador la chica nos dijo “vayan a la rampa 5” en medio de un tumulto de personas y con mucha desorganización del puerto, a nuestra hora de salida, llegó el ferry Seajest (tal como se indicaba en nuestro billete). Al estar arriba nos dijeron “este no es su barco” corran a bajarse... por supuesto la rampa ya había subido y no pudimos bajar, nos quitaron los pasaportes y tuvimos que pagar 9€ por persona de penalización. ATENCIÓN EN ESTE PUERTO! No se monten en el ferry sin antes mostrar los billetes Authentic CAOS !!! We arrived 2 hours beforehand in an organized way, with tickets printed from the day we arrived. At the counter the girl told us "go to ramp 5" in the middle of a tumult of people and with a lot of disorganization of the port, at our departure time, the Seajest ferry arrived (as indicated on our ticket). When they were up, they told us "this is not your ship", they run down ... of course the ramp had already gone up and we could not go down, they took away our passports and we had to pay € 9 per person for a penalty. ATTENTION IN THIS PORT! Do not ride the ferry without first showing the tickets
D	Davide Ceper on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mykonos' new port is the only one in the Cyclades where there is some decent organization and a resemblance of order. Structures and waiting spaces could be made more comfortable and clean, though...

They misinform you, negligently, if you do not speak Greek. Do not call them unless you are with someone who speaks Greek. They are disorganized and overall inadequate at their job.
