J	Julia Vidali on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγαμε για 2 μέρες και περάσαμε υπέροχα ! Δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο γιατί ήταν καθημερινή . Το δωμάτιο πολύ ωραίο κ καθαρό , το πρωινό αν κ δεν ήταν μπουφές ( φαντάζομαι γιατί δεν είχε πολύ κόσμο ) είχε τα πάντα όμως να επιλέξουμε από κρέπες , αυγά , ομελέτα , πίτες … η πισίνα σούπερ & η σάουνα ! Γενικά για να χαλαρώσεις το συστήνω ανεπιφύλαχτα !!!! Συγχαρητήρια σε όλο το προσωπικό , σίγουρα θα προσπαθήσουμε να ξανά πάμε ! We went for 2 days and had a great time! It was not crowded because it was everyday. The room was very nice and clean, the breakfast was not a buffet (I imagine because it was not very crowded) but we had everything to choose from crepes, eggs, omelette, pies… the super pool & the sauna! Generally to relax I recommend it unreservedly !!!! Congratulations to all the staff, we will definitely try to go again!

Οι τιμές αρκετά υψηλές Beautiful hotel, picturesque, rooms tidy, clean, with fireplace, warm. The hotel also has ponies that will excite children. Prices are quite high
T	Theodoros Kalomiris (Theo Kalomiris) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Να πω και εγω με την σειρά μου μερικά πράγματα για το συγκεκριμένο ξενοδοχείο. Το επιλέξαμε ζευγάρι για μια διανυκτέρευση μέσα Μαρτίου 2022. Μόλις φτάσαμε διαπιστώσαμε σε πόσο όμορφη και γαλήνια τοποθεσία ειναι φτιαγμένο. Ωστόσο στην υποδοχή ψυχή... Αφού περιμέναμε 2-3 λεπτά εμφανίζεται μια κοπέλα. Χωρίς πολλά πολλά και με καθόλου ένδειξη χαράς μας υποδέχεται μια κοπέλα. Μας πηγαίνει κατευθείαν στο δωμάτιο...Υποψιν εχω ζητήσει αναβάθμιση σε δωμάτιο με σοφίτα + 30-40€. Μας ενοίγει και πραγματικά το δωμάτιο πανέμορφο. Όπως το κάνουμε μια βόλτα βλέπουμε ενα τραπεζάκι ξύλινο το οποίο ήταν γεμάτο ψίχουλα, εκεί λίγο ξενερώσαμε. Παίρνουμε τηλέφωνο την ρεσεψιον..ανεβαίνει η ίδια κοπελίτσα και της λέμε οτι βρήκαμε ψίχουλα και οτι το δωμάτιο δεν εχει καθαριστεί. Της ζητάμε να μας φωνάξει μια υπεύθυνη, έρχεται μετά απο 5 λεπτά η υπεύθυνη και μας έλεγε οτι δεν ειναι τίποτα ότι ειναι απο την σοφίτα πριονίσματα. Ότι να'ναι! Μας πηγαίνει σε άλλο δωμάτιο το οποίο ήταν οκ. Το βράδυ επισκεπτόμαστε την πισίνα, το νερό κρύο και σπασμένη η σκάλα (ενα σκαλοπάτι) το λέω στην υπεύθυνη μην σκοτωθεί κανένας και η απάντηση ήταν ενα μιδείαμα στο πρόσωπο της. Το βράδυ συναντούμε την ιδιοκτήτρια κ.Ειρήνη. Ευγενέστατη και πολύ φιλική, της είπαμε τα θέματα που αντιμετωπίσαμε σε μόλις 1 μέρα και μας είπε οτι η κοπέλα ήταν πρακτικάρια στην reception. Αυτό το πράγμα δηλαδή να δίνεις 250€ + και το προσωπικό να μην αντάξιο των προσδοκιών ενός "Πεντάστερου" ξενοδοχείου ανεπίτρεπτο. Το πρωί κατεβαίνουμε για το πρωινό, δεν είχε μπουφέ ήταν A LA Carte. Αφου η σερβιτόρος μας πήρε παραγγελία διαπιστώσαμε ότι η αναμονή ηταν τεράστια. Μετά απο 30 λεπτά ερχόντουσαν τα πράγματα απο άλλο όροφο που προφανώς ήταν η κουζίνα αλλα αυτό δεν ήταν τόσο πρόβλημα. Το θέμα ήταν ότι ζητήσαμε 2 χυμούς και περιμέναμε 1 ώρα. Αυτό ήταν ξενερώσαμε πάλι... Φεύγοντας πάμε να πληρώσουμε και φυσικά πάλι λάθος... παραλίγο να χρεωθούμε 2 διανυκτερεύσεις. Κλείνοντας να πω οτι πρώτη φορά γράφω τόσα πολλά για 1 διαμονή μου. Πραγματικά δεν ήθελα να χαλαστώ διότι πήγα για να γιορτάσω την γιορτή μου αλλα αυτό που θέλω να τονίσω και να ενημερώσω ειναι ότι το Service αυτό μόνο σε 5στερο ξενοδοχείο δεν ανταποκρίνεται. Σε εγκαταστάσεις πλησιάζει αλλα σε Service με τίποτα! Let me also say a few things about this hotel. We chose it as a couple for an overnight stay in March 2022. As soon as we arrived we realized how beautiful and peaceful the location is. However, in the soul reception ... After we waited 2-3 minutes, a girl appears. Without much fuss and with no sign of joy, a girl greets us. It takes us directly to the room ... Note I have requested an upgrade to a room with an attic + 30-40 €. The room is really beautiful for us. As we take a walk we see a wooden table which was full of crumbs, there we were a little alienated. We call the reception..the same girl comes up and we tell her that we found crumbs and that the room has not been cleaned. We ask her to call us a manager, after 5 minutes the manager comes and tells us that it is nothing that it is from the attic saws. Whatever! He takes us to another room which was ok. In the evening we visit the pool, the water is cold and the staircase is broken (one step) I tell the person in charge not to kill anyone and the answer was a grin on her face. In the evening we meet the owner Mrs. Irini. Gentle and very friendly, we told her the issues we faced in just 1 day and she told us that the girl was an intern at the reception. That is to say, to give 250 € + and the staff not to be worthy of the expectations of a "Five Star" hotel is not allowed. In the morning we go down for breakfast, there was no buffet it was A LA Carte. After the waiter took our order we found that the wait was huge. After 30 minutes things were coming from another floor which was obviously the kitchen but that was not so much a problem. The issue was that we asked for 2 juices and waited 1 hour. That was we alienated again ... Leaving we go to pay and of course again wrong ... almost to be charged 2 nights. In closing to say that for the first time I write so much for my 1 stay. I really did not want to spoil myself because I went to celebrate my holiday but what I want to emphasize and inform is that this Service only in a 5 star hotel does not meet. In facilities it approaches but in Service with nothing!

In a great location, with amazing views, the most beautiful suites and with very kind and helpful staff! ❤️ We've enjoyed the rich breakfast and we've also tasted some really delicious meals from the restaurant. We will definitely visit again! Highly recommended.. it's fantastic!
