1) we asked for a silent room but we had a very noisy one right next to the staff/service room and over the reception.
The ridiculous thing is that we booked in off season during covid with the hotel completely empty so this reveals how unprofessional the booking manager is.
2) we asked for a nice view, we got this room looking in the front of the property to the main road, fact that made the noise worse.
They had many empty rooms looking to the mountain...
3) The mattress of the bed was unacceptable, with a huge "hole in the middle" feeling which gives you a bad ache after your sleep.
4) The pool was like a nest for wild bees. We found it completely impossible to use it as we are talking for countless bees all around the pool and the management did abaolutely nothing about it.
5) When we arrived, small children were yelling and playing in the main lobby despite the fact that it was 15:50 which is in the heart of the "official" sleeping hours.
We left immediately the hotel because of this chaos.
Their rooms are spacious and the breakfast is ok.
But these are not enough, obviously
