Beautiful villa in a good calm place. It is a historical villa completely renovated for a new, modern place, with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, very comfortable, with good beds. The rooms are like numbers in a 5 star hotel. The kitchen was completely equipped with all necessary and even more) dishwasher, few coffee makers, toaster and juicer ... everything that can be used for a good holiday. The pool was so big and comfortable for adults and our kids, as there was a baby pool in this big pool. Also we appreciated the view to the sea and eagles, which flied in front of the pool. As we had a small baby of 1,7 years with us we really enjoyed the ramp along the house and all territory. The terrace with barbecue deserves a special attention, as we spend there all our evenings. Its big, useful, comfortable for a big company or family. The whole territory is beautiful, very clean, new and good for a rest with kids or family and friends. And I must say that hosting was the best I have ever seen. Host helped us with everything we needed. We tried local moussaka, cake and other delicious food that was made by the host as a treat. It was so pleasant and tasty. Also we tried the handmade raki left by the host and it was better in Crete. The location is good as its not far from Rethymno, 15 min by car to the centre, where you can buy good fresh fish, meat, a lot of fruits and veg. Rethymno is a good small town to visit and buy something, have a dinner or just to walk. There were few beautiful beaches near the villa. But one I liked the most Spilies beach and its tavern. The best octopus in Crete was there. I would definitely come back to Mylos villa, that's for sure.

Every time you travel, you wonder if the place you decide to stay will live to your expectations. This place is a gem. A wonderful house with the most pleasant owners. Everything written is true. New building, more like not built for rent. Had an amazing time here.
