Πριν μία εβδομάδα αγόρασα μαζί με άλλα, και μία βάση-ελατἠριο για μπουκάλια 1,50-2,00 ευρώ. Ούτε εγώ αλλά ούτε η υπάλληλος ταμίας, παρατηρήσαμε ότι η βάση ήταν λίγο στραβή-ελλατωματική. Όταν όμως την πήγαμε πίσω για αλλαγή (δυστυχώς πετάξαμε την απόδειξη), όχι μόνο για τόσο ασήμαντο ποσό δεν την άλλαζε, αλλά με σχεδόν αυθάδεια, απάντησε "ας την βλέπατε όταν την πήρατε, εγώ δεν μπορώ να την βάλω ξανά στο ράφι". "Εσείς δεν την είδατε, όταν την βάλατε στο ράφι, ή όταν την χτυπήσατε στο ταμείο", ρωτήσαμε... Τέλος πάντων, δεν έγινε αλλαγή και γενικά ήταν μία άσχημη εντύπωση από το μαγαζί αυτό. Λένε ψέματα δηλαδή όταν αγοράζεις έναν προϊόν και τους ρωτάς σε περίπτωση αν δεν σου κάνει γίνετε επιστροφή χρημάτων σου λένε ΝΑΙ σε περίοδο τριών ημερών μπορείτε να το κάνετε. Και στην επόμενη μέρα σου λένε Όχι δεν σου είπαμε αυτο! Και επειδή έχουμε κόψει απόδειξη δεν γίνονται επιστροφές χρημάτων με τίποτα? επειδή έχουν κόψει απόδειξη!!!Και αν και να κάνουμε κάτι απλά πάρτε άλλο προϊόν. Ο ένας υπάλληλος λέει ένα ο άλλος άλλο. Και αν δεν μου είπαν πως μπορώ να επιστρέψω το προϊόν με επιστροφή χρημάτων δεν το έχω αγοράσει. Το κεντρικό γραφείο της επιχείρησης ελησε το θέμα. At the shop they work scams.
