R	Royal Twins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before meeting Eleni I had only done bits and pieces of yoga routines that I meshed together from various YouTube videos and I didn’t do it often because I didn’t have a solid routine to build off of. Eleni did sessions with me via zoom meetings while I was in Puerto Rico and I must say, my body never felt better before!!! I would do 45 mins of Ashtanga Yoga before a 2hr workout and IT WAS AMAZING!! I highly recommend Eleni because she is very in tune with herself and with each of us. She is very good at being a guide through the yoga journey and she pushes you to levels you never realized you were capable of! If you were looking for a sign to make your decision on where to go... THIS IS IT!!

Classes taking place inside dancing studio - it was absolutely wonderful hearing gentle piano tunes in the background. So relaxing! So if you are travelling and don't want to give up your practice, this place can't be recommended highly enough. Worth reserving a spot in advance via email/phone/WhatsApp listed on the website, as understand workshops/private lessons taking Eleni to other locations sometimes. Thanks again!

The added whole body flexibility, the ability to persevere and the less stressful flow of mind.organs.world interaction are obvious and lasting. The teachings are smooth, rigorous, expanding and yet at your own pace. There is a feeling that this is professional but not punishing school with knowledge and patience as well as a general good vibe.

The practice sessions were very enjoyable and although our Greek is limited Eleni made sure we were able to participate fully.
