★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most rude staff ever met!! The lady at the reception was totally absent & seemed sooo bored and annoyed by our info request. She barely spoke 2 words!!! While we were browsing the flyers by outselves & decided what to do ,at 6pm, a gentleman entered to complain about the terrible trip he booked with them & he was treated with so much indifference & disrespect!

We were gonna loose our flight in Athens due to the ferry delay and it was not possible to change the ferry online as there were no empty places in any earlier ferry but they solved it within 3 minutes in the office. They got us new tickets for an earlier ferry and return our money from the previous tickets
