B	Bradley Barker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I were in Milos for 2 days in September and had a great experience with Tourlakis. We booked about a month in advance and were able to get a 4x4 Jeep for exploring the outskirts of the islands. We had a ferry cancelation which shifted our itinerary by a few hours, and Tourlakis was very accommodating to the last minute change. WARNING! If you're going to go to the west side of the island with a 4x4, be sure to add more fuel to your tank beforehand. I thought I had enough going out there, and ended up running out on the way back. Thankfully, all I had to do was contact the number on the rental agreement and they sent some people with a large gasoline container to help me out of the situation. Emergency gas service was quick and inexpensive. There was a minor mistake where my initial deposit was not taken into account when paying the final amount in-person. But this was worked out very quickly through email, they immediately refunded the overage and were very apologetic about the mistake. This rental company was the most professional of any company I used during our 12-day stay on 5 islands. I would highly recommend Tourlakis to anyone visiting Milos.

They even sent a representative to pick the car up at the airport for us at no extra charge. This was such a great choice!

After telling the girl at the office that we wanted a scooter 50cc for two days she pretended that she cannot rent us such a scooter with a B driving license. Which is not the case as I have rented many 50cc scooter during my trip in other islands and in renting agency just close to them without any problem. In the other agency the owner told us that she might not be interested in renting the scooter only for two days but would prefer people that rent for a week and she just find an excuse.

Even when we had an issue on our Citroën and we were not sure if it was caused by us or if it existed before, it wasn't even a question when we returned the car. Very customer friendly! Would recommend
F	Franck L. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience we never had in Cyclades. They rent dangerous and very poor cars... too old and not maintained. Be careful SAME AS MILOS RENT CAR Co. Car was rusty. Front tires were totally smooth, front brakes are very noisy, car slips in the bends, AC was not working with 40°c..! The driver sun visor was broken and falls frequently on the driver. This car was too old to be rented, more than 65 thousands km. After complain they changed the car for ... an oldest one with more than 162 thousands km! Staff is efficient, the olny positive point.

When I called to ask if we could shorten the rental the staff was very accommodating and agreed to do so without problems. Car was an obviously used, older but completely functional Fiat Panda. Perfect for getting to and from the beaches. Staff is relaxed, quick and is not fussy when picking up or returning the vehicle.

We needed a 4x4 as we wanted to visit the west of the Island which is dirt roads so we got the Jimny below which did everything we needed. For 3 days it was 45 Euro Rental + 15 Euro for the extra insurance so 180 total. They are conveniently located on the port which is great for drop off and pickup. I would highly recommend this company.
