Asked to use a toilet and only after leaving the man (assume to be owner of this place) started to ask money for using the toilet. As we didn’t want to have any drink or food he started shouting to us and asking money for water, paper etc. We don’t mind to pay these 0.10€ for paper and water used, but it would be nice to inform us before our business. That kind of attitude we saw first time in Corfu! Definitely will not use this taverna for food as service might be the same again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a traditional greek food and traditional greek hospitality, that's the place. The best food in Agios Georgios, authentic taste and the owner is a friendly gentleman who likes to chat with guests and this combined with delicious food makes you feel like you are at a real Greek feast. There is no need to rush, just enjoy your food and wine. Don't be fooled by the small number of guests, maybe it's because some people don't want to climb few steps up, but it's really worth it. Nowhere else will you feel so good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and traditional place. The owner is an incredibly nice gentleman who will make your stay here more pleasant and will be happy to offer a specialty cooked by his wife. Below this tavern is a snack one of whose daughters Maria, where you can indulge in a delicious Frappé or a snack or salad. We fell in love with this place and we hope to visit it again ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Old fashioned Greek taverna, run by a family. The portions are good size and prices are reasonable for this area. Good service, good view with a calm veranda and also has a play area for kids. The snack bar just below also belongs to the family. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Owner and this local food in these Taverna is just perfect nothing to hide, simple, fresh, tasty!!! We even got a flovers, and fresh olives from owner garden ! Perfect and classy you have to visit this place! ❤️ Best ever Musaka, Saganaki, Kalomaries and mich more original grecee cuisine ❤️ For sure we will back ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stopped here by chance whilst exploring Agio Georgios. It's a lovely, cosy taverna with fantastic views of the bay. The owner is so friendly and welcoming. He also has a cheeky sense of humour! We had a lovely glass of red wine with an absolutely delicious moussaka. Would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can visit again soon.
