Η κάτοχος του καταστήματος δίνει έμφαση στην λεπτομέρεις σε όλα τα επίπεδα. Οι τεχνήτριες κατά την διαδικασία ρωτούν διαρκώς το πελάτη αν είναι οκ το χρώμα, το σχήμα και αν θέλουν να αλλάξουν κάτι πάνω σε αυτό.
