Μας το άλλαξαν και πάλι στο καινούργιο το CD δεν έπαιζε (δοκιμασμένο σε πολλά players). Με το άνοιγμα των καταστημάτων μετά την καραντίνα επικοινώνησα εκ νέου και αρνήθηκαν κάθε ευθύνη λέγοντας ότι έχει περάσει 1 μήνας και ότι μάλλον εγώ το χαλάω προσπαθώντας να το αντιγράψω....!!! Για το ειρωνικό ύφος της συνομιλίας δεν θα αναφέρω κάτι άλλο. Πολύ απλά δεν θα ξανά ψωνίσουμε από εκεί. Λυπάμαι πολύ... Unacceptable. We bought a music book with a defective CD before the quarantine. They changed it for us again in the new one, the CD did not play (tested on many players). With the opening of the stores after the quarantine, I contacted them again and they denied any responsibility, saying that 1 month has passed and that I am probably spoiling it trying to copy it .... !!! I will not mention anything else about the ironic style of the conversation. We will simply not shop there again. I'm so sorry...
