We haven't looked at any other company since discovering Napoleon Cars. The vehicles are always clean, in top condition and the staff could not be kinder or more helpful. They are very efficient and ( a great help), Maria speaks excellent English. Emails are dealt with promptly and we have always been delighted with the service. Recommend10O%.

I found Napoleon online, e mailed them and got an immediate reply with their excellent rates. Their office is away from the main area but easy to find. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. The car was the best one we have had in Greece, immaculately clean, a good drive and extremely economical. And HURRAH! Began with a full tank of fuel and returned it the same. Too many car hire companies are now coming up with ways of making you pay more than you should but not so Napoleon. Thank you Maria and everyone else there.

The cars has been new and in a top condition, and the owners do a lot of effort to meet the needs of the costumer for example bringing the car to the airport, to have a baby seat and so on. I always get a good market price in the rental agreement. They speak excellent English and have such nice attitude in their meeting with the customer. Out from my experience with this rental company compare to other once in the same area, I will highly recommend Napoleon Car Rentals for your holiday.

Maria speaks very good English and always responds promptly to emails. Having used other car hire companies in Stoupa in the past with very mixed results, I would not consider using anyone other than Napoleon. I recommend them very highly.

Nevertheless, they reorganised their fleet loans on the spot to accommodate me, and gave me a car that was a little bigger and a little cheaper than larger companies were offering online. They also didn't charge for an additional driver or for a Kalamata airport dropoff. The car itself was immaculate and in excellent mechanical condition. I'll definitely hire from them again.

And the service is perfect, fixing an empty battery caused by myself by letting lights on, was done almost immediately without extra costs. Pickup at kalamata airport was carried out easy, fast and friendly. And returning the car is even more easy. I would really recommend local company Napoleon above all other rental companies.
