It was very clear from the beginning (prebooking on the web-site) what the total cost was of the rental, including the zero insurance deductible. Many of the bigger rental companies have a zero deductible only when one picks up the car and so one doesn't know the price.
The price was competitive with other rental companies.
We had a problem with the key and it was solved efficiently with the agent coming to our hotel.
Leaving the car was very fast.. didn't take more than 5-10 minutes. I was driven back to the airport immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really good service - quick pick-up and return. The car in good condition with rear camera, automatic high beam on/off and other options (rare in rental cars, especially in Greece). Staff is very helpful and don't impose unnecessary services. Highly recommended!

This is the second car we have hired from Justrentals in two years, we would not use any other company. The car was immaculate when we picked it up, all communication with the company was excellent, staff very professional and friendly! Thanks again for brilliant service!

Car was great and well maintained, no extra charges to worry about. Half a tank of fuel provided so no rushing to find a fuel station (Although there are loads around!).
Will recommend you anytime someone mentions their off to Crete ?

The car was amazing and let us travel all over the island and see way more of Crete's beauty than if we were only using public transportation. Highly recommend!
