Appartamento strepitoso, molto spazioso e confortevole con tutte le comoditá ed una veduta strepitosa, struttura di recente costruzione, perfetta per un soggiorno indimenticabile. Ci ritorneremo senza alcun dubbio. We found an excellent welcome, the owner Angela was very kind, she lives in the ground floor apartment, very available for any eventuality. Amazing apartment, very spacious and comfortable with all comforts and an amazing view, recently built structure, perfect for an unforgettable stay. We will return without any doubt.
M	Maria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the penthouse apartment (two double bedrooms with queen size beds, one bedroom with single bed, two bathrooms, living room and kitchen as well as balcony and open air terrace). The kitchen has all you need (except washing machine). The terrace is equipped with dining table, two sun beds and cozy chairs. The apartment is a little bit old fashioned (exactly as on pictures) but very clean and cozy. The view from all of the windows and terrace is to die for!! The view worth each penny you pay! The beach is just 1 minute walk (tiny but very beautiful and the best in Agia Effimia). Everything is in a very short walking distance. Nice hosts. The only issue is the a/c. The system seems to be old and is not working properly (ie very low pressure, it takes 5-6 hours to make the bedroom cool enough). Additionally the a/c is only at the master bedroom and the living room (ie no a/c in two other bedrooms).
