G	Gail Fox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I stayed 10 days recently at Ballas Apartments for the 2nd time. What a wonderful place! Our studio room with balcony overlooking the gorgeous Agia Efimia bay was comfortable, clean, serviced daily, good wi fi and A/C and the view just makes it so very special. The patio area below is delightful and peaceful and it's wonderful being able to swim either just below the apartments or, for us the best, off the little cove just a few minutes walk away down the path alongside the cemetery. There is plenty of easy parking. We have stayed in Agia Efimia numerous times and just love the laid back charm of the place - not 'resorty' at all, small but plenty going on to watch, experience and enjoy and ideally placed for exploring the beautiful island. Thank you to Stavros, a charming and attentive host, for helping to make our stay so great. We will most certainly be returning!

We arrived after a late flight and were greetly warmly by Stavros, nothing was too much trouble and we were lucky enough to have a sea view room. The apartments are spotlessly clean with fantastic views from the balcony. If you are not luckly enough to have a sea view room the garden offers views and areas to have a drink and watch the world float by. It's a short walk to the town centre which is well supplied with traditional restaurants, grocery shops, bakeries and a pharmacy.

I am usually too lazy to leave a rating, but in this case Stavros truly deserves 5 stars for his exceptional guest friendly service. And for this amazing location. From our sea view apt we had direct access to the veranda with an amazing view, and if you want to go for a swim, just walk 10 steps down the stairs. What else do you need to be happy?

G	George Hall on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place of relaxation and dreams. Stavros doesn't bother you but is there if needed. Garden area wonderful sea view any time day or night. Few minute's walk into the village centre for bakers,tavernas, drinks etc. Fantastic place.
