Οποιος υπέυθυνος δει το μήνυμα ας ευαρεστηθεί να απαντήσει Διερωτώμαι αν δοκιμάσω τα τηλεφωνα των ΑΘηνών αν θα πάρω απάντηση..Καλή σας μέρα. Πήγα χθες το μεσημέρι 18/07/2019 να πληρώσω έναν λογαριασμό με μεταφορά αλλά επειδή δεν κρατουσα ταυτότητα αλλά μόνο το δίπλωμα οδήγησης και το διαβατήριο δεν γινόταν.....!!!!!??? Είχα πάρει νούμερο και άφησα τη φίλη μου να περιμένει στη σειρά μου ωστόσο να βγω έξω να κάνω ανάληψη από το ΑΤΜ για να πληρώσω "ΑΦΟΥ ΔΕΝ ΓΙΝΟΤΑΝ ΑΛΛΙΩΣ" και πάω να μπω μέσα και δεν μπορούσα γτ είχαν λέει κλείσει . Ήρθαν οι δύο οι άντρες που ήταν μέσα σε κάποια γραφεία και μου φώναζαν να σηκωθώ να φύγω και ότι δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση να μου ανοίξουν να μπω . Προσπαθούσα να τους εξηγήσω τι είχε γίνει και ότι αφού δεν μπορώ να μπω το σέβομαι απόλυτα απλά κάπως να δώσω τα λεφτά που είχα κάνει ανάληψη στη φίλη μου που με περιμενε μέσα να πληρώσει αυτή . Και η απάντηση τους ήταν πως δεν γίνεται με τιποτα ,να το ξεχάσω αυτό , και να προσπαθήσω άμα θέλω να της τα περάσω κάτω από την πόρτα άμα περνάνε .... Υπόψιν καλοκαίρι να βράζει ο τοπος , μεσημέρι στο κέντρο του Ηρακλείου και έξι μηνών έγκυος να κουκουβιαζω να προσπαθώ να χώσω τα 50 ευρα κάτω από την πόρτα ασφαλείας παρόλο που θα μπορούσα να τα άφηνα μέσα στο χώρο που σε σκαναρει καθώς βγαίνεις από την τράπεζα, να έβγαινα έξω και να άνοιγε αυτός από μέσα να τα πάρει και να τα δώσει στη φίλη μου , αλλαααααααα Όχι "δεν γινόταν με τιποτα" Αυτά ήταν τα λόγια τους . Οι ξεφτίλες . Αυτό είναι το ήθος τους και η καλλιέργεια τους . Συγχαρητήρια από τον διευθυντή μέχρι και την κοπέλα που εχουν να βοηθάει στο αυτόματο μηχάνημα πληρωμών που δεν ασχολήθηκαν καν με το θέμα σαν να μην γινόταν εκείνη τη στιγμή μπροστά τους . Σαν να μην ήταν παρόν λες και έλειπαν . Generous as long as he does not go. Υπάλληλοι με καμια προθεση εξυπηρέτησης, με ύφος δημοσίου υπαλλήλου άλλης εποχής. Άγνοια ευελιξίας.... Απάντηση σε προσπαθεια κατάθεσης κερματων: "δεν μπορω να τα πάρω και να τα μετρησω, πάτε αλλου..." Τα χρήματα ειναι χρήματα και οι πελάτες πρεπει να εξυπηρετούνται για όλες τις δυνατές παροχές υπηρεσιών που εχει η τράπεζα.... Όταν ειναι να εισπραξετε, ουτε δικαιολογητικά ζητατε ουτε βεβαίωση για το νούμερο παπουτσιων που φορούσε η νονά σας στη βάφτιση, ουτε πιστοποιητικο απο μέντιουμ για πιθανή ημερομηνία θανατου Tragic treatment of customers ..... unimaginable obsession with bureaucracy, completely useless.
