★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier company in the Europe most likely. You cant even call them. You cant get through the waiting period because after 30 mins they hang up. A absolute discrase of a company. It truly baffles me how they are still operating and that management is still employed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service!!! I would like to say to all the company in Greece to not have any contract with GENIKI!!! No way. My package is missing over 10 times with Geniki. They stole your package. I paid over 10 package that shipped by Geniki and never received. This company must die now!!! You can't imagine what they doing with your package... Event not 1 star!! Zero star!!!!

my experience... Envelope from chania to arrive in heraklion....5 days... and when we call to ask for it we receive an answer as " ships were delay today"... feel free to use any other company.... this one soon will close.... see the reviews below...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just pathetic. They don't pick up the phone, and they don't come to your house. We are in quarantine 24/7 at home and they have the audacity to say that they came three times and didn't find us. From now on if an e-shop uses geniki for their deliveries, I won't choose it for my shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are still waiting for our credit cards to be delivered and it has been 2 weeks now. They made a feeble attempt while we were out for 15 minutes and left a hastily written note with a number to call. We have spent over 3 hours trying to get through and we wait on the phone and we are told via a recording that the wait is 7 minutes when we are number one they disconnected our call. One we got through and they argued about the tracking number and to try again later in the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier in Greece by far. They never deliver the package to your home. You have to go to the store to get it and even then you are not sure if they will be able to find it.. Worst customer support I ever encountered. Very rude and when you try to call them they put you on hold and they never answer. Very unprofessional. I will never order from an e-shop again if I know that they will send it using this ‘company’
