Μακάρι όλα τα καταστήματα Εθνικής Τράπεζας να είχαν τέτοιο προσωπικό.. Flawless service, very sweet-spoken people. For a problem I had in another national store, they heard me and told me that we will do everything they can to solve my problem ... just flawless! I wish all the branches of the National Bank had such staff ..

Μια αρκετά απλή συναλλαγή τακτοποίησης του λογαριασμού μου έγινε με χαμόγελο, αμεσότητα και πάνω απ' όλα με ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση! Έτσι πρέπει να είναι οι συναλλαγές σε μια τράπεζα! Συγχαρητήρια!! Very good and fast service from the store staff! A fairly simple transaction to settle my account was done with a smile, immediacy and above all with a human approach!
