Very good service from all the staff and more from the cashiers. Even with reduced staff, employees direct without any problems. Well done to everybody...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ταλαιπωρουμαι πάνω από 20 μέρες για να μου αλλάξουν τον αριθμό επικοινωνίας OTP. Πάω σήμερα, τελειώνω σε 10' λεπτά, επιστρέφω σπίτι και δεν έχουν αλλάξει τίποτα! Τόσο το κατάστημα όσο κ η τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση είναι τραγική. Για κάτι το οποίο μπορείς να κάνεις και τηλεφωνικά με εκπρόσωπο ή έστω βιντεοκλήση, σου ζητούν να πας από το κατάστημα.. Έλεος.
I have been struggling for over 20 days to have my OTP contact number changed. I go today, I finish in 10 minutes, I return home and nothing has changed! Both the store and the telephone service are tragic. For something that you can do by phone with a representative or even a video call, you are asked to go to the store .. Mercy.

Very difficult to pick up a phone .. after repeated attempts I could not communicate for days now !!! My animals are slow ... unacceptable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 15 μέρες από το πρωι μέχρι της 14:00 παίρνω τηλέφωνο μάταια τράβηξαν λεφτά από πέρσι από τον λογαριασμό μου μπλόκαρα την κάρτα και τους παίρνω να μου πουν απλά απαράδεκτη όλοι εκεί κρίμα κρίμα μια τράπεζα έχει το όνομα της Ελλάδας
15 days from morning until 14:00 I get a phone call in vain they withdrew money from last year from my account I blocked the card and I get them to tell me just unacceptable everyone there pity pity a bank has the name of Greece

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καμία εξυπηρέτηση, ποτέ. Ειδικά δια ζώσης. Ή προσλάβετε νέο προσωπικό, ή εκπαιδεύεστε το ήδη υπάρχων, διότι η κατάσταση είναι τραγική. Και δεν ξέρω τι είναι χειρότερο, η πιθανότητα να είναι άσχετο το προσωπικό σας, ή η πιθανότητα να έχει γνώσεις, αλλά να είναι απλά αγενές και ανάξιο να βοηθήσει. Ντροπή, ειδικά για την ταλαιπωρία που περνούν κυρίως μεγαλύτερα σε ηλικία άτομα.
No service, ever. Especially for life. Either you hire new staff, or you train the existing ones, because the situation is tragic. And I do not know what is worse, the possibility of your staff being irrelevant, or the possibility of having knowledge, but just being rude and unworthy of help. Shame, especially for the discomfort that mainly older people go through.
